Holiday chaos or pure dedication? 🐷🍖🍠 Spent 2.5 hours in the prepaid order pickup line at Honey Baked Ham today—and yes, it'll be TOTALLY WORTH IT! #honeybakedham #thanksgiving2024 #familytime #daybeforethanksgiving #foodie #patienceisavirtue #delish #worthit

I ordered a quarter ham for Thanksgiving, and when I went to pick it up I had to wait in for two and a half hours before I got to the counter. After the employee scanned the QR code for my order, it was another half an hour before I got my ham. I ordered and paid for a ham between 4 and 5 pounds. They gave me one that was almost 6 pounds and charged me almost $20 extra on top of the $60 I had already paid. I went to their website and sent an email requesting someone reach out to me. That was almost a week ago and I haven’t heard back from anyone. There is absolutely no customer service and no accountability. In the future, if my options for food are this Honey Baked Ham Co. or starving to death, I will gladly go and pick out a coffin.

I’ve been a loyal customer of HoneyBaked, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the Garlic Herb Turkey & Cheddar Slider 12-Pack and Double Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese for pickup and when I opened the sliders, I found that every slice of cheese had paper stuck to it. It seems the protective paper between the cheese slices wasn’t removed properly during preparation. This ruined the entire meal, making it inedible. For the price, I expected a much higher standard of quality. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location after this experience. Also store had doors locked 10 minutes before closing time. One star, and I will think twice before ordering from here again.

I used to come to this honey baked ham at least once a week with my mom. We used to call in our order & pick it up on our way home because we live about 15 minutes away. It was never a problem to call ahead and order a sandwich to go & pick it up & pay for it once I arrived. I happen to be in the area and I thought it would be nice to get a sandwich today, but the woman that answered the phone said that they don't take call in orders and that whoever took the call in order before, shouldn't have taken it. I'm not sure why I was able to order 20 + times over the phone and now all of a sudden they don't take phone orders. So I went to the website to see if I could place an order there. I don't know why they would take an online order but not a phone order but whatever. So I attempt to make an order online and every time I go to put my payment information in, my phone browser freezes. And on top of that all they offer on the website for drinks are cans. I know they have a fountain there and I don't know why I can't order to go fountain drink. So they may get my business in the future if their website works. Or if they start taking phone orders again. Not everybody is good with using a website to make an order and some people live busy lives where they might want to order ahead, so they can pick it up on their way somewhere. I called to talk to the store since their website wasn't working to let them know that I wouldn't be placing an order since they refuse to take phone orders and their website makes my phone freeze. The woman seem to be completely fine with losing...

My sister and I were given a gift card for here from a friend. We had never been there and decided to go one day. We went in and were treated terrible. We felt uncomfortable, lost, and just unwelcome. There was an extremely long line, which we didn't mind waiting. When we got closer to the front, we asked a woman who worked there how the ordering worked there. She gave us a look like we were stupid. She snickered and said "what do you mean?" I told her we had never been there before and it looked like people were just buying hams. We thought it was a place you can order sandwiches. She laughed at us and then ignored us. When we got to the front of the line we asked her again. She looked annoyed and with a snobby attitude, told my sister to goto an empty register and wait for her there. My sister went to the first empty register and waited. The woman then came behind the counter and asked my sister what she wanted. My sister , again, explained to her that she had never been there and doesn't know how the ordering worked. The woman rolled her eyes and continued to speak rudely to my sister. When the woman walked away, another employee came over and explained to us that when its close to the holidays, the kitchen closes and they just sale hams and sides. The employee heard the way the woman was treating us and even said that she didn't understand why the woman didn't explain that the first time we asked. It was a...

I pre-ordered Thanksgiving dinner two weeks prior to today 11/24. Tell me why when I get there after being told on the website, if your pre-ordering, have your receipt ready I pre-ordered for faster service so I wouldn’t have to wait there. I waited an additional 30 minutes for the guy that was helping me to go here there and everywhere to find my items only to come back after the last item he was looking for which was my red velvet cake. They had no more now how is that possible when I pre-ordered two weeks ago and paid for the red velvet cake? why was there none there instead he’s like well I can substitute it and so I ended up getting a triple chocolate cake for the same price they have to have a better system if they’re all about online orders and pre-paying you would think because they gave me a time to be there which was 12 PM that my whole order would’ve been bagged up and ready. The guy for me and waiting when I got there and all I had to do is pick it up and leave. The guy that helped me including carrying the 3 bags to my car was very friendly but had no clue what was going on and was just running around like he didn’t know what he was doing like it was a game to see where all my food...
