Nails Spa 101 — Local services in Phoenix

I sent my daughter in to get a full set with a upside down V shape red color on her nails. She showed the lady a picture and she said $65. She called me and I was shocked at how expensive since it had no design. I called the shop and told them I wanted to come in for a full set and the exact same design, the man said “it would be $55 for gel and $40 for regular polish.” I asked them why are you charging my daughter more he then passed the phone on because he didn’t know what to say. Then a lady got on the phone and said “oh it’s a design that’s why it’s more.” I said no it’s just a color and she says “oh she’s now getting all her mail red so $55.” I was like ok so for more polish you are going to charge less, and for less polish you’re going to charge more. She said yes. Unbelievable! I think they were just trying to get away with charging her more because her parent wasn’t with her. I wish I could give them zero stars! I have also used this place so many times so for them to do...

They were very friendly, the woman who did my pedicure, she was so sweet and nice and she paid attention to detail, she really wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Then when it was time for my nails, they didnt have the dip I was looking for and I just decided on plain white tips but the gentleman looked up another kind similar to show me and I loved it so he then did my nails and the girl he was working on was ready to swap with me to do her nail art so it was just perfect and you know what..I've never loved my nails more! They are so amazing and I'm so happy I met all of them. I have my struggles but they made it easy for me, and didnt make me feel different like other places, I felt so comfortable and I really appreciated...

I initially thought this place was great. Everyone was friendly, the foot massage was relaxing, and the color on my nails looked amazing! However, I soon realized this salon is anything but clean. The very next day, I developed a wart on my foot, likely due to poor infection control practices.

It’s clear that they do not follow proper hygiene or sterilization protocols. This is absolutely unacceptable and poses a SERIOUS HEALTH RISK to customers!!!!! The facility is dirty, and their lack of care for cleanliness is shocking.

I will never return, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place. If you value your health, stay far away if you want a wart or an infection come...
