I went into the store late at night on January 29th to try to get my Samsung Galaxy Mega service switch to my friends Nokia Luma phone until my replacement Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 phone came in. All that was wrong with my Mega was that the part where you charge it at was loose. So it took 20 hours to charge if it was turned off. Nothing else. Somehow Amanda and this other guy that was working that night caused my friend's phone to lock completly down and locked my sim card down. Which somehow caused my 32gb micro sd card to loose everything that was on it. Now I lost all 249 of my wedding photos. I'm going to have to pay my photographer to get a copy of those photos so i have them again. Not to mention over 2,500 songs and photos of my late husband who was killed. Photos i can never get back. I go into tye store like AT&T (Customer Service) tells me to do and Katie & this guy with bleach blonde hair tells me there"s nothing they can do cause me & my friend didn't buy the stuff at there store. It shouldn't matter if we got the stuff at there store or another AT&T store. There store fried/messed it up so there store should replace it. It's like if you take a vehicle to a mechanic shop for an oil change and they forget to tighten the oil filter or don't put enought oil in your vehicle looses all the oil. Or the vehicle motor blows up. Cause of it. It's the mechanics fault for not doing what shouldv'e been done right in the first place. I'm so done dealing with this store. Cause on June 3rd of 2014 I asked Amanda to order me a 10.1 inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 she orders me a 7 inch Samsung Galaxy 3 and never lets me know that she ordered me the wrong thing. So when I check my email an hour later I notice it. I call her up at the store and she said it's too late to cancel the order even through it hasn't been shipped out yet. I'll have to wait until I get it in. Then drive clear to Enid to the main AT&T store and trade it fore the one I want. That cost me an extra $120 on top of the cost of gas to drive there and back. Cause it was cheaper at there store then the Enid store. They don't care about the customers. They only care about making as much money off selling stuff. Not helping the customers out. I strongly feel if you break something you either fix it, replace it, or buy it. Simple as that. I've had to do that myself before. But this store doesn't. Sorry way to run a buisness. One star is to high. They are all about commission and not about long term customers. Sadonna sold us a IPhone 15 with a trade in was told with the phone purchase it qualified for free Air Pods or a free bluetooth speaker. Got the first bill and it is $150 more per month. Called AT&T they tell me that we were charged $300 for accessories on a different line. I told them what we were told and they said that they have not had a promotion for free Air Pods or speaker recently. I went to the store asked what was going on and she then told me that she was not the person who helped us but whoever sold it to us used her login to do it. Turns out she had financed it to our account along with $100 in other accessories that we thought we were paying for on the day we got the phone. She was rude and very unprofessional when I said I would be leaving a negative review for the store. Her response was "We are done..." I asked to speak to her manager and she said I was speaking to her. I then went into sweet talk mode to get her to help me. She finally did offer to refund the Air Pods if I brought them back. I never raised my voice or cursed her in my interaction with her all I said was if no one cares of about taking care of this issue I would be leaving a bad...

This place is only a sales store and will tell you to call customer service for probably about anything you think you'd go into an AT&T store to get help with. Of course other than paying your bill there 🙄. Just want to say the worst decision AT&T ever made was merging with Direct TV. Unfortunately the area i live in , AT&T is the only carrier that works. I've been a customer for over 12 years and it has only went down hill since i got my first Razor with them. Good job at selling out and making profits more important than people! You are the problem in America, go unf@#* yourselves and find a new business model. The current one is gonna have everyone leaving in droves. As far as this particular store, just a sales place, go to Walmart and you'll get the same service, probably cheaper.
UPDATE 11/10/20 No, owner, my needs were not met, hence the reason I'm ranting on here. But you see EVERYONE, they don't care about our problems, just their MONEY. She says it in the comment below. "We're the best, biggest, blah, blah." No empathy from this owner, so what do you think the Company's Values are?
