Peak Suites LLC — Hotel in Raleigh

This review is in response to a furnished apartment we rented in Midtown at North Hills. Mark and his team are very responsive and quickly answered any questions I had about short-term housing. I was particularly appreciative that Mark actually meets you at the property to walk through with you. Some competitor companies just schedule you a meeting to meet with the leasing agent - very impersonal. I also appreciated the sample size of basic products provided for cleaning. The kitchen had basic necessities and the linens are nice, the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. I would encourage everyone to read the lease because there is always boilerplate that may or may not be appropriate given the specific circumstances of your lease. As for Midtown at North Hills understand that there are always concerts and events and the music goes on for multiple hours so it is anything but quiet but if you like all the activities then the...

My husband and I stayed with Peak Suites while house hunting. We are from out of state and unfamiliar with the area. Our furnished apartment became our oasis...a relief at the end of busy days. The location at Tryon Place couldn’t have been more convenient...we loved it. Any questions or needs we had were quickly answered by Mark and Shannon...so very different than staying at a hotel. The apartment was furnished nicely and the full kitchen almost made me want to cook...almost. Sitting on the balcony was delightful, and we used it everyday. It’s difficult to find furnished apartments that will rent month to month, and we were very pleased Peak Suites was recommended to us. I’d choose this over a hotel any day! Thank you...

The apartment was turn key ready on the day promised. Peak Suites even provided starter amounts of dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, some snacks and bottled water, garbage bags, etc, so we could settle in without a trip to the grocery store. They attended to all our needs upon moving in, including having clean towels and a clean, well made bed. The apartment has been great - comfortable, quiet, roomy enough , and with a well stocked kitchen. Any question we’ve asked has been quickly and thoroughly answered by Mark. We highly recommend...
