After taking over 800 classes at Shred 415, I can confidently say this is the best workout I’ve ever experienced—and I’ve tried a lot! The workouts are both challenging and empowering, leaving you feeling accomplished and energized. Plus, they’re easily modified to suit any fitness level. I was able to continue working out until the day I gave birth, thanks to their thoughtful and effective modifications.
The facility is always spotless, well-organized, and inviting. The front desk and childcare staff are consistently warm, attentive, and friendly, creating a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in.

Read moreI’m bummed b/c it’s a great work out but the child care situation was so poor. I left my 3 year old for an hour with a staff member in their play room. He was the only child in there. The staff member put on a tv show and got on her laptop. When I finished the work out and came into the room and it was evident that my child had a blowout diaper and was sitting in it for some time. When I asked if there was a good place to change him she said “I’m not sure…” and then left the room. When I changed him I noticed he had poop all over pants, the sleeves of his shirt, etc. it was a true mess…when I asked him if he tried to communicate with the woman in charge he said “she had to work”. I’m sad because the staff member could not have been less enthused to be around my kid- I wasn’t expecting the highest caliber of care but it’s evident his needs were not being met. I...
Read moreWhere to begin! I went to my first Shred class a little over a year ago. No running experience and no group class experience, but I would consider myself well versed in weight lifting. They made me feel right at home and so comfortable. I had to take a slight hiatus while some nasty shin splints healed up but I'm back and about to hit my 50th class. I highly highly recommend Shred 415 to anyone... no matter your fitness level. The instructors are amazing and really hype you up. They give you modifications if something is too challenging but really just encourage you to keep moving! Again I consider myself a fit person, but these classes really pushed me into that next realm. I finally feel heart and lung healthy. The classes are definitely challenging, but as one of my favorite instructors (Nikki) says "You can do hard things!". 15/10 check...
