HORRIBLE service. I was there yesterday and a man who claim to be the manager with long dreads literally went off on me while the others watched and the woman manager watched also and said nothing to this man. I came in asking about the BOGO and he said thatās not offered in store, but probably on the app and I said ok. He asked what I wanted and I said the bowl. He starts making 2 bowls, so I said is both of the bowls for me and he said yes. I said I didnāt ask for 2 bowls, so he takes the rice and throws it back on the bar. But my son immediately had said he would just take it being that the man started making it. So I said to the man slow down you moving too fast. Bc it didnāt make sense to throw the food away. OMG this man went off off on me, talking about āsee people like you get on my nervesā, I said who you talking too and he said you. I said if your having bad day go to the back and let someone serve me, because you should not be talking to me like this. He said I donāt have serve you and you can get out my store. I said who is the manager and he talking about he the manager. I said there is no way in the world you are the manager with the nasty attitude you have and the way you talking to me. So I go talking to the other lady because this man threw ALL my food in the trash. She said she was a manager also and I said you see all of this. She said yes it will dealt with. Iām talking to her and stop talking to this idiot and he still going off on me when Iām not even talking to him no more. He took his gloves off and balling his fist up pacing back and forward like he about do something. I would NEVER step foot back in this restaurant with just nasty and rude customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This man DOES NOT need to work in establishment like this when he has just rude and nasty demeanor. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in to chipotle On my lunch break. When I normally go the staff is very kind and respectful. Today I was greeted by Abby who had a very nasty attitude. There was a difficult customer prior to me so the frustration of that customer mightāve of still been affecting her. I asked for queso and at this time the queso was at the very bottom and it was hardly none in there. Abby asked for a refill⦠Abby scooped half a ladle (if that) of queso and replaced it. When the new queso came I asked could I have more since it was a half scoop. Abby rolled her eyes and said SO YOU WANT DOUBLEQUESO?? No I want a full ladle of queso. It doesnāt make sense to pay extra for queso when itās a half scoop. I ignored her attitude and let them know that there was only half scoop of queso and the customers behind me got a full scoop. The other associates were very understanding however Abby began shouting ,ā NAH NAH SHE GOT A DOUBLE QUESO AND SHE KEEP SAYIN I AINT GIVE HER A FULL LADLE AND I DID.ā I let the young lady know that I wasnāt going to argue with her respectfully and I am notifying the other associates of what I saw. She began shouting again in front of multiple customers saying that she did give me a full ladle of queso and demanded that the person at the register charge me for it. I honestly donāt even care that much but itās just sad how disrespectful employees get over something thatās not even coming out of their own pocket. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was charged extra for guacamole despite getting a veggie bowl for take out. Realized this on the drive home and called the store. The person answered the phone and never apologized, condescendingly saying she can write my name down and I can get guacamole at the time of next visit, and then proceeded to hang up without getting my name. I called right back and asked why did she hang up and she said āI thought you hang upā. She took down my name and never apologized and hang up without even saying bye, after I politely thanked her (was willing to overlook it this time, not after she rudely hang up for the second time) After giving her my name I asked for hers and she said Porsha, the store manager (she said this in a such proud way). This pride is the negative kind as a manager that displays positive kind of pride of being a store manager takes responsibility and tries to make amends in the hope of pleasing a customer and correcting the wrong action of those she manages. Well this store manager never apologized for her employee practically stealing my money. No integrity shown at all! I doubt that she wrote my name but I will check as a matter of principle. At this visit I had bought meals for my whole family and will definitely not shop at this store as the store is dirty and much worse than other locations.
update: went in and got a guack without charge but not even āsorryā. The manager did well by selling a side of guack I would not have bought. However, they lost all future sales they would have made. Done...
