The sales person, Henry, is the only one who deserves any stars. He really was excellent. Unfortunately things went downhill quickly with the delivery process. We were scheduled to receive our bed between 4-7. We were sure to have someone at home during this time frame for the delivery. My husband was notified the delivery would be at our home within a half hour. I was still at work and rushed home to be there in time. Upon arrival home, I am notified by email our delivery was to be rescheduled over 2 weeks later....without any other notice! When I called customer service, I was told they came to our house and no one was home. This was false and I informed them I have video to prove this. I was then told they attempted to call me. Once again, this was false. My cell phone shows no record of a missed call. They did attempt to call my husband who missed the call. The service person did not answer when he tried to call them back. I was then told they couldn’t find our house. For the amount these mattresses and bed frames cost, I would expect better customer service and competent dispatch/delivery. No efforts were made to correct the delivery and dispatch error. After an hour of my time on the phone with customer service, was told there was nothing they could do about the delivery. Read moreI had heard about Sleep Number beds. I had looked online. I was in Rockford one day and saw the actual store. I had some time so I stopped and went in to the store. I was met by Henry. He explained everything. Everything. I am so grateful that I did not buy the bed from an online site. This bed needs instruction from an instructor. Henry is not just a salesperson; he is an instructor. Brandon is another person I met who helps customers. He is equally well-versed in this product. I recommend that if you are looking for a new mattress, look at Sleep Number. I had looked at a several other name brand mattresses. I am happy that I did stop and look at Sleep Number. I was not in a position to make my purchase on the first day I stopped. I did know that when I left the store, that when I did make my new be purchase, it would be a Sleep Number. A few weeks after I visited the store, I did go back and asked a bunch more questions. Then thanks to Henry's guidance, I made my purchase. The bed is on its way! Read moreMy 93 year old mother-in-law bought a Sleep Number bed 3 years. She recently moved and couldn't find the remote. She didn't know how to inflate the bed. She doesn't use a smart phone. She slept in her chair, the first night in her new apartment. The associate at our local store on Walton St. helped my husband identify the remote, walked him through how to check that the air hoses etc. had been hooked up correctly by the moving company at the store and helped him re-inflate the bed over the phone. He even offered to let my husband borrow a remote to get the bed inflated as soon as possible. We got the bed inflated and are so grateful to our local store...
