White House Black Market — Local services in Roseville

Yesterday, Aug.9th around 4:30 pm, I went with my mother to the fountains because we were shopping for my bday and as soon as we walked into the store the woman working at the front counter quickly approached my mother and was trying to take her bag from her. I stated that I could hold it for her since my mom had a coffee in her hand, but the lady completely ignored me and continued to take the bag from my mother and she was incredibly rude while doing so. There were other customers in the store that were holding shopping bags from other stores so I’m not sure why she chose to single my mother and I out. This employee is tall with grayish blonde hair who appeared to be in her late 60’s.

This is a place I like to shop and I have a rewards membership with them, however I feel this incident with this specific employee has left a bad taste in my mouth and I do not feel comfortable returning to this store as one of their regular customers.

From now on I will take my business to the store in Folsom since it is much nicer and the employees treat their customers...

Jane, the manager of the store, is easily one of the worst manager's I've had the pleasure of working with. I was going in to return a piece of clothing that I purchased from them, worn one time, and wasn't my size, and so when I attempted to return it the first time, they told me to bring some of the tags which is completely understandable. I go and grab the tags and head back the next day, and when I attempt to return it for the second time, they told me even with the tags they wouldn't take it back. So, instead of telling me the first time, they make me drive through the terrible weather, waste my time, and still not return the item of clothing. Terrible look for the management and honestly- the store in general. Just reflects on the type of envoirment they have, and seemingly their care for the people who keep them in...

Had an amazing experience a couple weeks ago. Came in looking for advice on an outfit for an interview I had with a legacy airline. One of the women there (I’m so sorry, I don’t remember your name) was amazing and gave me so much advice on what and how to wear what I ended up choosing.
