I am so extremely disappointed and quite honestly don't ever want to go in again! I came in for a few items and remembered that I had received a $100 gift card from my daughters friends mom, I was the carpool mom. Long story short, the cashier scratched off the numbers off the back of the gift card herself, and shortly after told me that the card is empty! She went on to tell me that her register has been acting up so she had her manager try to pull it up on the other register. They took my phone number and email and said they would get back to me after running it by with corporate. It's been a good month and still nothing! They don’t appreciate costumer helping them to keep open, store manager are making their own rule not even written in the receipt.I purchased 3 sales items after 2 days they have special of 30% off extra on sales item,I ask for price adjustment then the manager say that they won’t give me the price adjustment instead I could return all my purchases.I have think what logic & why ?
