I stayed at the hotel for only one night. The room was clean and big. However, I went to St. George for a medical procedure, so I needed to check out a little later the next day. I made my booking through Expedia and asked them to arrange for a late checkout. They agreed, talked with the hotel about it, and told me to give them a call as well. I called the hotel, I explained that I had a medical procedure and that my flight was late, so I wanted to stay until 5 PM the following day. When I checked in and informed the front desk that I would be checking out at 5 PM, and they agreed to this arrangement. After my procedure, I returned to my room. The next day, I was in pain and still feeling the effects of the anesthesia. Around 11 AM, housekeeping started knocking on my door, asking me to leave. I could barely walk but managed to answer the door and reminded them that I had already spoken with the front desk and they knew I was checking out at 5 PM. I also had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. I repeated myself to the housekeeping staff three times, but they still continued to knock every five minutes. I called the front desk to reiterate that I was staying until 5 PM and mentioned my previous conversations. The person on the phone asked who I had talked to and insisted that I should pay for the late checkout. I said that I was willing to cover the extra charge and that’s why I provided my card information yesterday. Despite this, I continued to have staff knocking at my door. This experience was incredibly frustrating, especially since I was already in pain. When I checked out, I was literally crying from both the pain and the frustration. I would never book a stay at such a terrible place again. The customer service and communication were awful and terrible. Please teach your staff a little manners and better communication skills.

Great hotel, great location, great service. Stayed in 101, single king bed room. Only 3 things that could improve: have the volume setting changed on the tv to hear it better (it topped off at “70”, and we could still barely hear the tv from sitting on the couch or on the bed), fix the shower head so that it will stay in one place(kept turning to one side), and get firmer pillows. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Loved the location-right off the freeway and close to so many restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. We also used the outdoor pool, which is small but sufficient for a hot day.

WARNING: If sleep is your priority then avoid this hotel like the plague. The air conditioning was either in its death phase or this hotel uses motion sensors to turn off the a/c when nobody is moving in the room. I tried to turn on the fan to provide white noise but that shut off as well. The beds are creaky when you lie down and need to be replaced. The cleanliness of the furniture exhibited signs of dried male body fluids and were disgusting. The only saving grace was the water pressure as it was strong. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn & Suites again for the rest of my life as I value my sleep like gold.

Our family visits St George frequently due to our daughter in college in the area. Having stayed at a few different hotels over the years, this location is our favorite. Spacious, clean rooms, easy to get to, ample parking, safe area, and most importantly, excellent customer service. From front desk to management, we’ve had pleasant experiences interacting with staff and they’ve consistently made sure our stay is to our satisfaction.

Other things I consider when choosing a hotel that this location meets/exceeds: WiFi: with kids, we NEED strong wifi. Never had an issue with signal or running multiple devices. Outlets: there are plenty all over the room, including usb outlets. Two outlets in the bathroom as well. Lighting: several overhead lights and lamps throughout room. Curtains have a black out curtain that kept the room dark at sunrise. Comfortable bedding (including sofa bed): soft mattress, duvet, and pillows. Bedding for pull out sofa was sufficient. Water pressure: this is a make or break for me, and happy to say this meets my standards. A couple different settings to choose from. Tub space: when traveling as a family, we have a lot of different shampoos, soaps, razors, etc. Plenty of space for our toiletries. Breakfast: standard hot breakfast, including eggs, cereal, assorted fruit, yogurt, coffee, milk, juice. There’s a 50/50 chance someone in our party goes down for breakfast and the offerings are consistent.

I would recommend this location for families, couples, or if you’re just traveling through and need a good nights sleep.

The room was already cool and everything was neat and clean. I didn't have to turn down the air and wait for it to cool off. The beds were comfortable the pillows are soft but if you need more head support you might need to get some more pillows. the bathroom door was squeaky but I didn't realize until the middle of the night, so if that's an issue you might want to check before the bed. The hotel felt more upscale then I had anticipated. Pretty quiet never heard any real noise. Breakfast was good, but was busy. some of the things were out and you'd have to wait for the refill. Most of all it was pretty good the waffle irons were sticking real bad they didn't have a spray or anything to spray first so everybody was helping each other on telling them what they did to make it better. Pool was nice and clean. it was only a little over 5 foot deep at the deepest part so that was nice, the spa had a button on the wall so you could actually turn the bubbles off so if you wanted to just relax without having water spray everywhere, a nice feature. They had handicap chairs for the pool and the spa that would lift somebody and put them in. I have never seen that before at a hotel what a wonderful concept. I would definitely stay again. Only other issue I had was they only had 1 high chair. We all would give it up to next younger kid before we were actually done using it. So alot of kids were on parents laps and not very easy to eat...
