First time and my last time. Wife said she liked it her first time. So went to get a drink and some ice cream. Line went into the road and into the junction at one point which is highly dangerous. Not sure if even legal. We decided to get out of our car so we could walk straight to window as there was no line only at drive through. Was a disgusting exhaust smell the whole time with so many cars and no wind to keep air flow. I am sure that will cause some health issues for the people that work at this swig and people that visit on a regular basis. Wife asked to try a sample of Mountain dew wild person at cash register made such a big deal about my wife asking for a sample was annoying. Ordered a Dr pepper a chocolate ice cream and a dirty dr pepper. First dirty dr pepper came out and wasn't very good to the point we could just barely taste flavorings in it. Then 5 mins later my ice cream came out with mint ice cream split down side of my container and pieces in my ice cream so obviously they were not cleaning the scoop between people. This could cause issues for people with nut allergies like myself. Bit my tongue not to upset my wife about it and scooped out pieces of mint and wiped off side. Waited a further 5 mins then asked where is my Dr pepper. They said we never paid for one. I am sure she told me it was $7 so I said well I ordered 1. I went to get my phone out of my car to pull up my internet banking as I never got a receipt. To find she never charged me for one which is fine but then the comment she made after she had to go back and reprint a receipt to my wife was disgusting. "I am sick of people always trying to get stuff for free" Firstly if the silly girl had listened and got my order right it would not of been a issue. Her attitude from start to finish was terrible I have better things to do with my time than rip people off for a $1.5 dr pepper. Left with a bad taste in my mouth and then ended up having to throw away my ice cream as I found brown hairs inside it when we pulled over at our next stop. Disgusting place poor customer service and hygiene standards. Run by college kids who don't and won't care ever. Waste of money, time and effort. No apology made for the mistake. Was accused of trying to...
Read moreI can honestly say I have never left a bad review for anyone because it seems like a waste of time. After tonight's unprofessional and painfully awkward experience, I feel the need to voice some concerns. We ordered about $20 worth of drinks and cookies. When we received our order (no joke, a 20 minute wait) we realized we forgot to give our phone number for the loyalty reward points. We explained the situation to the girl at the window (nothing sneaky) and asked if we could receive the points for our order. Annoyed, she told us we couldn't receive the points because the transaction was already completed. We mentioned we spent $20 dollars on our order and would like to receive the points if it's possible. She took our name and number down on a notepad and said she would add the points later tonight. We said okay and started to drive off. We made it about 30 feet and realized our order was wrong. We debated if we wanted to switch it out for the correct drink because it took so long for our original order. My wife walked up to the window to explain our order was wrong just in time to hear the staff joking about prank calling us and sending us pictures as our "reward" to the number we just left. Once they realized she was standing there listening to everything they were saying about us, they avoided coming to the window and hid in the back. After few minutes of the employees hiding and peeking to see if she had left. One of them finally came to the window and corrected their mistake. As mentioned above, I have never left a bad review. As a manager myself, I would like to know how my employees were treating my clients. My family and I visit Swig at least once a week and sometimes multiple times a week. I must say, you fell WAY short of your 100% satisfaction goal. Although I thoroughly enjoy your delicious drinks and treats, this has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Read moreWhile I love the Swig company as a whole, and wish every experience could be as great as the memories I've had in the past, lately this particular store has not been the best representation for the usual quality that is poured into every cup Swig serves. Over the course of this past month (or so), every time I've come here with my family, we've left with a sour taste. Customer service feels like it's all but evaporated away, with employees sounding unenthused at best, and at worst having a presence which screams, "Why are you interrupting my day?" I understand that we all have our bad days, but when the behavior is predictable to such a fault, it gets grating, and makes me feel unwelcome. I wish this was the only issue I've seen sprout up, but even the quality of the drinks have dropped, and yes, I know how odd that sounds. Drinks SHOULD be easy to figure out: beverage, flavors, stir, serve. The problem is that NONE of these drinks are stirred anymore. This may sound minor, and it was... For the first few weeks. But having my first sip be pure syrup is never fun, and it strengthens the feeling that those working here don't even care enough to stir a drink. There isn't a whole lot to comment on, positively. The reusable cups they sell are a great offer, but that's kinda the only thing Swig offers that other drink places don't seem to. Even their snack options are extremely lacking by comparison. Overall, it's becoming much more of an annoyance to come here rather than a competitor who cares enough about something as trivial as atmosphere and presentation. I'll recommend this to anyone dehydrated who needs something fast, but this shouldn't be the first place...
