Well I saw the name of this place which happened to be across the street from the hotel we were going to be staying at in St. George. I was so excited to try these doughnuts I couldn’t wait. So my son and I were in the store looking, pointing and generally excited about these doughnuts that looked amazing and I had said we had never been here before. Now the place was not busy and two girls were working, so we were standing there, and the girls were talking amongst themselves and finally I asked, what do we do? Do we order with you or what and she replied after looking over the other girl she replied oh, she’ll help you. Now to me, if you know somebody is new to your business and there are so many donut choices. I would think this would be the perfect time to really explain the donuts explain which ones are your favorite things like that to hype up your business at least that’s what I would want for my business And these girls did none of that so I was very disappointed in the service that I got from these two girls at the counter one was doing drive-through and then I guess one was doing the counter. I’m not sure it’s not that they were rude, but they really had no personality Which I don’t like. Now, as far as the donuts go, they were fantastic had quite a variety and that was another issue. The lady says do you know how many you’re gonna get and I replied no not yet I’m so excited I want to try all of them And it just seemed like I had annoyed her and that really made me mad. She shoved a lot of donuts into one box and they were just not people I’d want behind my counter. I don’t know there was two of them. One was McKenna and whoever was working on March 15 at 4:09 with McKenna is the other person , we left her a tip but we did not want to! Anyway, I just wanted to comment on the experience we had from your staff because if this was my business, those girls would be gone. You get people who’ve never been there before hype it up explain the donuts, your favorites they acted like we were bothering them , so since we live up in Salt Lake, I guess I don’t have to worry about going back to the donut shop. Sorry for...

My daughter ordered a dozen of donuts she was unable to pick her own now I know why they are day or 2 old donuts you get on line I would advise you not to order on line ok the owner from st geo came on here and left a message like he was going to help me left his cell number and then nothing he did absolutely nothing they took the donut’s from me and said they would work with me and did nothing at all they use this delivery service to get out of having to take responsibility for their old donuts just because they were delivered to me what only took 5 minutes of getting there they are not held responsible what kind of crap is that ? So yes it’s easier getting old donuts out knowing that you don’t have to be accountable for them this is so wrong and this man was a jerk on the phone to didn’t even care at all he was actually cold uncareing and rude I will never go beck to St. George pink box donuts. The donut run has very good fresh donuts all the time just as good if not even better actually it’s a little more out of my way but will worth the drive for good eithic pleasant honest service and donuts I know are fresh not a day or 2 days old donuts and not giving a jerk my money. My friends and family have already stopped going to pink box after my bad experience with a dozen of old donuts that was actually a b day gift to me that end up being a nightmare.. hopefully people will learn from my experience and not take the risk of losing 30.00 or even giving them your $ after the way they run their business. If you knew someone was a thief would you deal with them? Not me just one time you show your true colors and burn me that’s it for me I’m gone and taking my people with me. That owner should be ashamed of themselves my God they are Donuts not prime rib , anyone whom rather lose 20 people clients if you will then replace a dozen of old donuts is not to smart . I’m willing to bet they will not be around for much longer with the way he the owner is not being honest and not working with the customers and do what’s right it’s just not in him I found out. I saw so many others unhappy with them here to so it’s...

Been wanting to try this since we saw the bill boards showing that it was coming when we were visiting 2 years ago. Finally tried it! I wanted to love these donuts, but I didn’t. BUT, my kids thought it was so fun to go there and then have those huge donuts, so I’ll give it 4 stars instead of 3. I would probably go again for one or two of them, but others were honestly straight up not good. Furthermore, it would be nice if the box they put them in was tall enough to not squish some donuts—pictured is my son’s box-squished donut. Thankfully, he didn’t melt about it!

We bought 6 donuts, spending just over $14. Wow—honestly the price of donuts has gone way up over the years, but it is what you pay for novelty donuts I guess. (Apparently you get 10% off when buying 6 or more, so bonus!)

ol’ fashioned glazed donut; my favorite kind of donut, but it tasted a little like soap. I was definitely bummed about that.

pink rainbow ring; my 2 year old liked it, but it didn’t taste like anything special to me.

buttermilk bar; looked super yummy, but it was a lot of donut middle without a lot of flavor. Moist inside though.

the raider; 5 year old loved it. SO much cookies and cream filling stuff on top! The donut itself was pretty decent.

Pooh; the best donut there, and chocolate frosting was good too. Way too much chocolate filling on top for me, but I’d buy that donut if it was just the chocolate frosted cake donut. The 4 year old loved it, and so did hubby.

pink lemonade; pretty good donut. Had enough sour/tart with the sweet to make it not just feel like a pack of sugar. Would probably get that one again.

The store itself was very fun for the kids. Every detail is seen to in making the right vibe. In the end, novelty donut places are often very hit and miss for flavor, but the kids will have fun! I guess it’s more of an experience...

What more can be said about Pinkbox Donuts? Honestly, calling them “donuts” feels like an understatement! These things are glorious, frosted miracles of fried dough, crafted by angels who clearly had a sweet tooth. I mean who frosts the underside of a donut? Check out my pictures for what I'm talking about here. Each donut isn’t just a snack, it’s a meal, an experience, a lifestyle choice! You don’t just eat a Pinkbox donut, you commit to it. You stare it down, it stares back at you with its neon frosting and outrageous toppings, and you know you’re about to enter into a covenant of sugar you cannot (and should not) escape. The staff behind the counter? Saints. Actual saints. They deal every day with grown adults acting like kids in a candy store, myself included, and still manage to be helpful, cheerful, and downright patient as you stand there frozen, trying to decide between a donut topped with cookies, cereal, biscoff, or something that looks like it was smuggled out of Willy Wonka’s lab. Look, Pinkbox doesn’t just serve donuts. Pinkbox serves joy in edible form. It’s over the top, it’s outrageous, and it’s absolutely worth every single calorie. If you walk in thinking you’ll just get “a donut,” you’re wrong, you’re walking out with a story, a sugar high, and possibly a donut the size of your head! In a world full of ordinary pastries, Pinkbox Donuts is the Las Vegas residency of the donut world: loud, flashy, over-the-top… and somehow, absolutely perfect.

@pinkboxdoughnuts in St. George, UT is a model for customer service! Here’s my story for why: I took the boys in for our first visit since they opened and I was pleasantly surprised that despite the high demand of customers, they we’re getting orders processed rapidly. We were in and out in about 7 minutes. The boys were so excited for the donuts. We went outside to take a picture with the giant donut to celebrate and left the donuts on the table nearby to do so . When we finished, my son grabbed the donuts and to his horror, the bottom of the box slipped open and it dumped 4 of our 6 donuts on the ground. His day was ruined at this point. We picked them back up and went back inside to get replacements. I was fully prepared to pay for them again since it was no fault of @pinkboxdoughnuts . When I explained what happened, they flew into action and immediately replace all of our donuts no charge. They didn’t have another chocolate poo to replace our first one, so they gave us two to make up for it. Then as we were on our way to the truck, I was called back again because they just brought out more chocolate poos and they wanted to make sure we left with one. I am so grateful for the extra effort on their part to make up for our mishap, they saved my son’s day and we all went home happy! Thank you St. George Pinkbox for valuing every customer no matter what! You have a customer for life!
