Seems like a theme of toxic service and defending their poor service in order to grow their business (just check the other low ratings). However maybe focus on quality service and being friendly, especially with regulars. Last night witnessed a woman waitress in her mid 40s with blonde hair attacking a regular after he barely sat down to play pool demanding he buy a beer and give her a tip. Very disrespectful and the customer did agree to buy a beer but why would he tip someone yelling and berating him when he barely arrived. Tips are earned not demanded. I’ve never seen such insane lack of customer service. If they’re having such issues with their business, reconsider the free pool on Sundays and Mondays and particularly how you treat customers. Customer stayed calm after multiple attacks from this crazed woman and only after she was forcing him to leave did he snap back. Wow just wow. Not only will I never come here but will make it be known this place deserves to be run out of business if they keep people like her as leaders. The bouncer said he’s sorry and there’s nothing he can do because she’s the boss. Guess that type of leadership will get its karmic return. Sad for the good people that work there.

While i love the one and only the way kim and liz handled the bad review over the supposed pitbull rescue that tried to bite me on camera not once but mutilple times the dog also tried to bite my friend who is black on thursday night but the bartenders want to blame me and others for the dogs aggression which is nonsense check your cameras jill you will see the dog is a gressive and because the owner is kim and lizs friend they try to blame the patrons not the guy bringing in the aggressive dog we come to the bar to drink an aggresive dog has no place at the bar and the bartenders were in the wrong for being disrespectful to the patron who the dog tried to bite by blaming them for the dogs aggression look at your cameras you will see the dog should not be in your bar period and your bartenders need to apologige for their rudeness and disrespect tonight it was uncalled for

This is my go to place after work for cold beer on ice, conversation and banter with friends. Service is always great and the bartenders are awesome. The owners are great and care deeply about about what they're doing. Free pool on Sunday and Monday with 4 tables (only a buck otherwise). They also have darts, cornhole, video games and several TV's with all the sports and requests you could ask for. I don't stay late but I hear the place gets jumping.

After kim brushed off the incidents earlier about the supposed rescue pitbull trying to bite me not once but twice i went back to the one (where i met a goodboy huskey dog who was gruff but a very loving pup ) and i had second thoughts about the dogs at the one however i went in for a drink and was met with liz refusing me service because i gave a bad review online about the pitbull that tried to bite me and multiple other people on camera just look at the tapes , So after i was nearly bitten by a dog a supposed rescue pitbull not once but twice the bartender liz then tried to blame me for the dog trying to bite me complete nonsense and very unprofrssional liz look at your video you are in the wrong for being rude and disrespectful to me it not only happen to me but multiple other customers and you refusing to serve me a drink because i gave a one star review shows your maturity and profesonilism reguardless i love the bar and you all but dogs have no place in a bar unless they are service animals your disrespect was noted and guess what water off a...

This place was awesome, plain and simple. The description states it’s “laid-back”, which is exactly what we were looking for, and it did not disappoint. Went in on a weekday afternoon and it was surprisingly busy, probably due, in part, to the small billiards tournament that was happening. Aside from the several pool tables, they have darts, cornhole, and a separate room for dancing. They were totally cool with us playing other games we brought and doing our thing. Seemed to be people from all walks of life here with the uniting factor being that everyone was very nice and easy going. The bartenders seemed to be wonderful folk and one even gave my wife a free drink. A patron passed along the remainder of his pitcher to us when he was done with the tournament too. All in all, it was a great experience with great people and I look forward to visiting again next time I go through St. George. If you’re looking for chill dive bar...
