Inconsistent food and smoothies. Depending on the time of day, the food is completely different. Leaving things out, not putting the same amount in your order.

Overall menu positives It's a very diverse menu, the food, when made properly, is delicious.

Special diet frustrations Changing things on the menu to fit your diet is almost always a headache, with the exception of a few employees at this location.

Lots of filler in your order. When they make your food, it consists of mostly lettuce, which doesn't make for a very nutrients dense meal. When they make your smoothie, it's so packed with ice, that the straws are unusable. The consistency shouldn't make us have to wait for 15 minutes after we get it for it to melt.

Quality vs menu board comparison is poor Their pictures and menu boards look loaded with healthy ingredients, and lettuce wrapped around the outside of the wrap, when in reality, it's stuffed full of lettuce with traces of the other ingredients getting the tortilla soggy around the outside of the wrap or sandwich.

Wrap-up The food you ordered is what was on the board. If they can't meet that quality, then lower their prices and they shouldn't be surprised or angry when we say easy lettuce, easy ice, make it vegan, or I'm diabetic, I need sugar substitute. I've run a restaurant, it's not very difficult to implement these changes. Especially when they don't cost the business any more than the short amount of time the manager might have to take ensuring the quality of their business...

My husband and I were appalled by the situation we just witnessed from your employee, Lorena M. A couple who was deaf ordered behind us and from the second she began talking to them it was with so much disrespect. It was incredibly hard to witness. She was raising her voice and getting frustrated because they didn’t “write down” what they wanted and yelled out “if you’re an adult act like one” which was comical based on how she was acting herself. She told them they couldn’t ever come back. My husband talked to her after and she justified everything and was again unkind and impatient. No human being should be talked to the way Lorena talked to those customers, let alone customers who clearly have a disability. I would be ashamed to have an employee treat other humans like that let alone paying customers. My sister was on the phone with me and could even hear Lorena screaming through the phone. I never leave reviews but this was so unbelievable, my husband and I still feel...

With an office just up the street, to say the menu here has become a mainstay is an understatement.

The building may be unassuming from the outside. The long line of cars in the drive thru may desuade you. But let me share a little secret with, there's a reason the line is always huge!

From a salad to the wrap, or a chicken quesadilla with amazing salsa - you can't go wrong with the food.

I won't even start with the smoothies as they are made from the special ingredients from a secret planet where the top items are not only delicious but addictive and soothing.

There's not a bad thing on the menu. And the fact that every single thing is made fresh, and to order makes this place something special.

The team works hard, diligent as they take pride in serving up something tasty with every order.

From visiting clients, to lunch with my family - it's one of my favorite places for a quick, healthy and delicious option.
