Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Saint George

I’m writing this review out of genuine frustration and disappointment. I ordered a 4-piece Detroit pizza through the drive thru and was told the wait would be about 10–15 minutes. After waiting over an hour, I went inside to ask about my order only to find that the staff had no idea my order even existed. I told them what I had ordered and what car I was in. They went to the back, only to return and tell me it would be at least another 10 minutes. At that point, I had already wasted enough time and decided to leave without my order.

The lack of communication and disorganization was incredibly frustrating. What’s worse, the team behind the counter appeared to be working without gloves, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. The entire experience was unacceptable from start to finish.

There are plenty of better options out there, and I will not be returning. When you place an order, especially one confirmed with a wait time and they take your money the least you should expect is to receive it. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here. Poor service, poor standards, and a complete disregard for customer...

Hadn't been to this location before but it was on my way home so I decided to stop in and get the "Extra Most Bestest" pizza. Despite being on the Hot N Ready menu, it wasn't ready. I had to wait 10 minutes. And it's not just this pizza that they didn't have. There wasn't a single pizza ready to go in their warming oven or in the "Pizza Portal" vending machine thing as can be seen in the pictures I've posted. And then when I got home, the pizza tasted a little funny, not nearly as good as the "Extra Most Bestest" pizzas I'd ordered at other locations. I quickly realized it was because there was absolutely no sauce on the pizza. This too can be seen in one of the pictures I've attached. I don't think they just forgot to put it on because you can see very small specks of sauce here and there, but I had to go digging through cheese to even find that. The vast majority of each slice had crust, followed directly by cheese and pepperoni. Unlike the other locations that make a really good version of this menu item, the only thing "extra" was the extra pepperoni...

Worst place ever. Waited in their drive through line for half hour. Finally got to the window and for 20 minutes no one even looked at the window. Not one person even talked to us to say it would be a wait or anything. Finally someone came and talked to us and just pointed at an old written sign that said an order would take an hour. We were just trying to get a hot and ready he said there were no. At the very least it could have open the window and talk to us just even see what we needed instead they purposely ignored us and the eight cars that were behind us in line. While we could see in the window they were just dancing and talking to each other and not actively working to take care of anything. At three kids in the car under the age of five all screaming because we were trying to get them food last minute. If you're in a hurry or even need something semi at a reasonable amount of time Don't ever come here. This is not the first time we've had issues like this...
