You don’t even deserve one star. You clearly add 5-star reviews to off-set negative ones because there is absolutely no way you could have an average above 1 or 2 stars. People, if you want to see the truth, filter reviews by lowest on Google, look at Facebook and other platform reviews and you will see what we unfortunately missed when choosing a place to stay. I will share photos every platform I can so people can see what you try to hide about your hotel. You should be absolutely ashamed for sending people into such deplorable conditions as you have done to my family and others. This location is absolutely a health hazard! You can’t put people in rooms with active black mold where you can smell it from hallway and not make people ill. The age of a hotel has nothing to do with cleanliness! I have stayed in many places that were in process of a remodel and they were still properly cleaned. There is absolutely no excuse for the extremely filthy and disgusting things we had to experience in your hotel. The room we had been given was the filthiest, smelliest place I’ve ever experienced. This is just the short list of issues: The mold smell was overwhelming; the carpets were squishy, sticky and smelled worse than roadkill; every single surface was covered in dirt; floors were scattered with debris and likely not vacuumed in a long time; food under beds; kitty litter everywhere; dead cockroaches, human hair everywhere including pubic hair; dried feces on toilet seat, floor and wall; black mold in shower and around faucets; dirty soap scum covered the tub; stained and damaged counters and furnishings; nothing looked like it had been cleaned in a very long time; a/c and mini-fridge did not work. Tried getting refund to go elsewhere, but instead moved to a different room. That room had evidence of recent adult activity as there was a wet brown stain on bed cover that was soaked down to top sheet, goopy wet stuff on night stand and top of comforter, and again the room smelled like mold and unclean people. The bathroom was barely clean and I’ve seen cleaner port-a-potties. A/C worked but blowing out dust and mold spores. We hadn’t slept since night prior due to a very long trip with another long day of traveling the next day, so we tried to do what we could to get some sleep and took all the soiled bedding off, checked for bed bugs and covered sleeping area with towels. Thankfully we did not unpack our belongings and slept in the clothes we were already wearing because after getting a short power nap, I woke to not being able to breathe from the mold. As I stood coughing and crying, I looked up reviews again and that is when I found the ones they like to push down the list by creating fake 5-star reviews. Many, many reviews about same situation—even worse a big problem with bed bugs and cars getting broke into in their parking lot. I immediately woke my family up and told them we were getting the heck out of there immediately! As fast as we could go, we grabbed the few things we had and checked out. We knew there was no point in requesting a refund again as the person working had the worst attitude just from a request for a receipt. We decided to deal with things higher-up and will be contacting others with our photo evidence of everything we experienced. Not all are shown in my review as it’s too disgusting to share publicly, but just imagine the worst and that is what we had to be exposed to at this hotel. Everything you read in the reviews that are bad are absolutely true and possibly even worse. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place that isn’t even fit for the stray animals that hang outside the lobby! I should had taken that as my first clue, followed by the individuals hanging around this location and then the few employees I came across. I am sure there are good people there just trying to earn a living but I encourage you to find work elsewhere as the things they are exposing you to are not only dangerous but possibly illegal! Don’t get wrapped up in that when there are better jobs out there!

Oh dear, where do I begin? This had to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. You don’t always expect much when it’s an airport hotel, but this was the worst. My friends and I were in town for a wedding and wanted to conveniently stay close to the airport. Some of my friends stayed at another hotel down the street and had nothing but good things to say (I wish we had paid the extra $ after this). From the moment we walked in, the lady who checked us in did not seem happy to be there, nor did she want to stay in chat. It was check-in, and please leave me alone. I guess it wasn’t a good time to ask questions about the area or anything. Whatever, no worries. She tells us our room is on the first floor, and I’m perfectly okay with that, so I don’t have to worry about going up and down an elevator or stairs for the trip. I regret that I was on the first floor. I would have rather walked up ten flights of stairs than stayed in the room we were in. It was directly off where breakfast was served. Our room was in a small hallway off the front lobby area, which I thought was kind of a weird area for rooms because there were only a few. I don’t usually care how the room looks because I’m generally only there for sleeping. I didn’t even want to sleep in the room. It was so gross. Just walking in, it felt so dirty and musty. The bathroom was worse. There was mold on the ceilings, and turning the shower on was like turning on a pressure washer. I’m sure somebody above us was struggling with horrible water pressure because ours was shooting out like it was about to clean a driveway. I legit got bruises from the shower all over my body because it was like pellets shooting at me while showering. Don’t even think about washing your face under the way because it feels like you've died the second it hits your eye: the sink, not much help there either. Also, the water went all over the bathroom because one of the shower curtains didn’t have a magnet, so the curtain was floating in the shower the entire time. We had to keep using our towels to clean up the floor. I couldn’t walk barefoot around the room because my feet would be black on the bottom if I did. Little Nats bugged us the entire time and followed us everywhere in the room. The walls were so thin we could hear the man next door to us snoring the whole night. People might say, why didn’t you ask for a new room? We were only there for three nights. I didn’t wanna pack everything up again to move to another room because some hotels aren’t very friendly about that type of stuff. Didn’t even wanna risk it. The thing that bugged me the most was at 3 AM. I was woken up by people talking very loudly in the lobby area. It sounded like they were right outside the door, but I’m pretty sure it was the employees chatting in the lobby. I barely slept every night because I always heard somebody around three and 4 AM talking loudly. It irked me that they would put rooms on the first floor right off the lobby if they would be that loud chitchatting at three in the morning when guests are trying to sleep. It was the worst sleep I’ve ever had in my life. If we were in a room on another floor, I (hopefully) wouldn’t have said many of these things, but because of where our room was, I feel like my review was bumped down a lot. The nicest part of our stay was leaving and the sweet man who drove us in the airport shuttle. Also, I won’t knock a complimentary breakfast, but that was the most disgusting breakfast I’ve ever had. The waffles are amazing, but the eggs are disgusting. Hopefully, if someone else books, they will have a better experience—and hopefully, not a room right off the lobby!

The front desk staff is very welcoming and personable. The hotel is currently under new ownership or management so they are doing some work on the hotel (I’m assuming because I saw pallets of tiles outside in the parking lot). We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which was a nice surprise. The 1 bedroom suite is very spacious. The bathroom was very big and there were 2 entrances so you could access it from both the bedroom and the living area. My 2 issues were with the shower - you could only move one of the sliding glass doors (which meant you had to get inside of the shower to turn it on, thankfully the water didn’t stay cold for long) & the other issue is we couldn’t adjust the shower head (the water came out so forcefully that when I washed my face it felt like it was being pelted with tiny whips lol). But it definitely had good water pressure and the temperature of the water was great! Side note: housekeeping staff may want to get in the habit of checking the complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles in the shower - the body wash in our room was empty. The bedroom was very big and had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable enough and the pillows were too soft but that happens at most hotels we stay at - I just need to remember to bring my own pillow). The only two issues with the bedroom were that there weren’t any outlets near the nightstands that weren’t being used. There was an alarm clock on one nightstand that had USB ports so that was helpful but the other nightstand didn’t have anything. The other issue was my husband found 2 long screws underneath the sheets on his side of the bed. He didn’t know they were there until he laid down and felt them. I did notify the front desk and spoke to the manager. I didn’t ask to be compensated or anything, I just wanted them to be aware and let their staff know. My biggest issues were with the living room. While it was spacious and offered plenty of seating plus a workspace area, the furniture was filthy. I don’t think the glass plate in the microwave was clean as I felt something on it when I went to grab my coffee that I warmed up. The sink in the little kitchenette area was rusted pretty bad. But the furniture just made me feel icky. The free breakfast had plenty of options. I liked that they had 4 waffle makers so the line moved fairly quick for the waffles. There were hot food options too - eggs & sausage. Plus, the usual cereal, oatmeal, breads/muffins, and fresh fruit. The staff is nice and I think the new owner is in the process of making changes. I hope.

Hopefully, if someone else books, they will have a better experience—and hopefully, not a room right...

We came here with our high school students for a field trip. First, we booked rooms with queen beds and we requested to have girls on one floor of the hotel and boys on another floor of the hotel. When we arrived from our four hour journey to check in Friday Afternoon at the hotel, we found out NONE of the rooms have queen beds and all students were on the same floor. The people at the front desk tell us, “yeah this hotel has never had queen beds”, this is information that could have been relayed ahead of time, we have four students to a room and they have to share what looks like a Twin Bed-Plus.

We come back from watching a musical downtown and having dinner, only to have our keys not work for a couple rooms. After waiting for almost 30 min. they finally fixed our keys.

On Saturday, one of the students discovers her door is messed up and won’t open. We notify the front desk before 10AM, they tell us, “that room has been having issues”. If that’s the case, why would you check our students into that room. They let us know that they work on it during the day as we leave to enjoy a day at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. We get back to our hotel from Six Flags around 8:45 PM only for our student ton still be locked out of her room. The front desk tells us they can get a hold of their general manager to see what they can do…over 9 Hours Later after notifying them about the room and the door is still locked and our students’ personal belongings locked in the room. Our students cannot shower and change out of their clothes to freshen up because they are locked out. The front desk seems to be doing anything other than trying to call a GM out of town. They could have called a locksmith, called another manager, they could have don’t SOMETHING in 9 hours to fix the door and they didn’t. This hotel has done nothing but drop the ball on this trip.

Staff has been rude to my coworker; my coworker called to let them know that one our students ironing board wouldn’t close, just to notify them so they were aware, and the staff members says something along the lines of, “well did you get to use it? Okay so then it didn’t its job and everything is fine, what do you want me to do?” I’m not sure why that was the response, but it was unnecessary.

I will say the security guard who works at night has been the most helpful, he guided our bus in the parking lot, he gave us water as we waited for the staff member to return to fix our keys, and he helped us get paper plates for our pizza we had delivered for dinner.

I can honestly say we will not be using this hotel again and do not recommend you staying here, especially if you’re bringing students. Even if it’s your own family and children I do...
