So for my birthday, my daughter bought me a $119.00 lovely plant from this store. While we were on the opposite side of the store, and were looking for pots, your attentive employee overheard what we were looking for, and told us where to find it, also, asked if there was anything else he could assist us with. He was all smiles and very courteous!! I was impressed!! Then when we checked out, he also became our cashier! Told us about sales, discounts, and how they were available by signing up for an account (which I sure did) and even carried my new huge plant to the door (he was the only cashier, as we spent several hours in there…so much to see!!), and gave me 10% off for my birthday and opening the account!! So Manager of ‘At Home’…awesome job on either your training, or your excellent skills of picking awesome helpful knowledgeable people to work there! The man who totally impressed me on July 4th 2023 was named: Ulysses (I asked for his name) Please keep this young man and have him be an example to train any more new recruits you get, and give him a raise!! Read moreI placed buy online pick up in store order at your San Antonio location for 8 concrete planters. When I went in to pick them up, 3 of them were very obviously cracked on the top edges. Vanessa was the one helping me, later found out she is a team lead. I asked why I was being given broken merchandise and was told, this is just how some of our product comes. She did tell me to go out on the floor to see if there were some un cracked ones. I’m pretty annoyed by this point. If there are uncracked ones, why on earth would you pick an order with damaged ones? But seeing as I had spent over $500 on these, I went and looked. I was able to find non cracked ones. Vanessa walked by me, did not bother offering to help or anything, I then asked to speak to a manager and found out it was her at the time. She did a very poor job of customer service in this instance. Very unhelpful and walked away as I was talking to her. The whole point of using this service was to save time. I ended up wasting time using this service. I will not and would not recommend using your pick up in store service as you are given...

I went into this store yesterday and everything was so disorganized. If I wasn't just browsing it would have taken me hours to find what I actually want, what the price was (because the only price is a inconspicuously placed sticker on the product itself or not on the product...no prices on the shelves) and an associate to help me with it (because half the store is out of reach - warehouse style). Not one worker in the store asked me if I needed anything or even greeted me/said goodbye on my way out. I only saw two workers the whole 1.5 hours I spent in there but heard a few joking around in their break room when I went to the bathroom (which was very well kept I must say). The aisles were also labeled pretty well.
Second, not particular to this store but to the brand as a whole. Your mobile website experience is TRASH. Its the reason I even bothered to write a review...things aren't loading, the categories are not accurate, and the filter options are price and style but those don't...
