Mr. Dan Ruff, the Car Salesman did a great job on a vehicle Road test. I liked the vehicle he showed me but i was concerned about a lit dashboard engine ligth. Although they did not allow me to take the vehicle to have it evaluated by my mechanic, they did offer me an extra discount to cover the cost to repair the engine light fault. Sitting at the the sales office and negotiating with the salesman, I would only agree to buy if they they agree to stand behind their sales to cover any amounts in excess of their offered discount for the repairs. Mr. Dan (Salesman) went to discuss this with the owner and next thing you know, the owner barged in the office and angrily called the potential sale off. I returned to the lot a couple of weeks later to view another vehicle; when the owner seen me, he sarcastically thanked me for not buying his vehicle last time I was there. I would have made $4000 he said. Laughing at what he problaly thougth was a Joke and Indicating I could not afford it. I chose not to take the chance on this veheicle because some engine ligth faults may indicate a costly repair.
