Whataburger — Restaurant in San Antonio

There is never a time when I see this establishment that I will not make it a must to enjoy. As someone that really does engage in quite a bit of travel, I deal with many levels and varieties of fast and fine dining. Whataburger consistently has the most courteous friendliest staff seemingly across the chain based on the many different locations visited, matched by very deliciously cooked food. The kind with that burger that has the little trickle of grease running down the side, mixed with the cheese... yes, a little graphic, but I bet you're still like yeahhh... and very true yet indeed. The burger although not extremely thick, is huge in circumference as well as great fresh topping choices and is definitely along with the great side choices, more than satisfyingly filling. If you see one.. you must go, you will not regret it... if unfortunately you do regret it, I'd strongly suggest that you just cook at home moving forward......

Whataburger makes Whataburger!!!! Let me tell you something, my husband and I didn't believe it. We would ask the locals what they thought and they'd all say it was good. And here we are, non fast food eaters...I mean, come on. Can't be THAT good right? Wrong! Probably the best truly fast food burger I've ever had. They let me customize my burger...and they had grilled mushrooms. Not your thing, that's ok...put what you want on it.

And the customer service, I can't remember her name but she was awesome and patient, because we were asking her questions about the menu. She even brought our food to the table.

What did we learn today? Well, we ate Whataburger 2 more times before we left the city...we were only there for less than 48 hours. What does that tell you? And...all fast food is not created equally. Chic-fil-a is usually the only real fast food we do, but if we had a Whataburger, we may be in trouble folks. Nice...

If I could I would give no stars husband ordered food late at night. Husband paid and received the drinks and no food. husband turnned around and parked in the parking lot and tried to get off to get his order cashier told him to go thru drive thru. Parked in the B lane to grab his order. They told him that they couldn't go outside and hand him his order.after one of the employees walked out and handed them their order.. They tried to make him go All the way around in the drive thru again they told him they were making him a fresh order. When food arrived female cashier gave the food carelessly. As we were going thru the order they threw our fries upside-down in the bag. Fries were cold so obviously they didn't even make us a fresh order. I understand everyone makes mistakes, But a simply sorry would of been fine. My husband works retail and I've had worked in the fast food industry as well. This was flat out...
