The Patriots' Boutique Motel — Hotel in San Clemente

Hello everyone Giving my honest review. I am local. Retired Military. I needed a stay vacation to relax and do some unwinding. I checked in on Friday the 22nd. My 3 night stay ended in the first nights sleep. That night I was woken by a couple doing the wild thing. Moaning and groaning, wall banging and talking at 3 AM. I couldn't get them to quiet down so I could get back to sleep. After failing to get them to quiet down. I called a Lyft to go home. Following morning I went back to checkout and be refunded. Kate was impossible to work with. She said her son would call me back to workout a solution. Never got a call back. I tried to call back numerous times only to be hung up on by KATE. Very unprofessional. I felt like I was being robbed. They are crooks the way they handle matters like these. Kate and her son only care about the money. Customer service and professionalism are nowhere to be found. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED. I hope God Willing 🙏 I will receive my refund. Until then I will put my HONEST REVIEWS ON EVERY PROPERTY THEY RUN. New information. Today over a week I saw ANOTHER Charge from this lame corrupt business. 100 dollar charge went through TODAY. Hello everyone ||I'm going to write my honest review. I needed a much needed Stay Vacation. I live locally in San Clemente so I decided to go with the Patriot Boutique Motel.||||I was exhausted from a lot going on. So went to bed to only be woken up in the early morning hours. 3am to be exact. ||||From room 9 having a sex party. Moaning groaning. Talking it up. ||I tried to get them to quiet down but they didn't.||||My only other option was to take a Lyft back home. I then went back to Motel following morning. And that's when it went from bad to worse. KATE refused to work with me. Said her son would call me back regarding the situation. No call back of any kind. Not professional at all.||||Continued to hang up on me. Very unprofessional. Has no business being in customer service. This Motel is old gross and is run by a family of crooks. Only care about the money. Could careless about customer service. Still waiting on Kate's son to call me back. Nope. No communication in anyway shape or form.||STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED FAMILY OWNED...

So I will start by saying, if you are looking for a new fancy room, go somewhere else. This is a much older motel that is pretty small. There are only about a dozen and a half room and there is one suite upstairs with a private patio. The rooms seem to have been freshly painted, but like I said, it is old. We just wanted a place to crash for the night, and there were actually a few bonuses for the price. It was probably one of the better priced places in the area. It is only a few blocks from the beach. Its probably 10 minutes on foot. There are lots of amenities close by. Starbuck, bagel shack, ralph's grocery, a taco shop, and several other places very close by, The big plus for us here was the ladies working while we stayed: Kate and Jen. They were both so nice and helpful. They were super positive and happy which I as sure is part of the reason this plays stays in business. Thanks for the hospitality.
