I wasn't expecting much. The low price was a giveaway that expectations should be low, but there were SO many problems. Upon arrival at 4pm we were checked in and given a key card to an ADA room (as requested) and another room. We had requested a room near the ADA room but the other room was across the parking lot in another building. We accepted that there was nothing to be done about this problem. We went to our room and found the door open and the room clearly in use (sheets messed and garbage in the can). Returned to the front desk and were told that housekeeping marked the room as clean but must have missed the room, once again OKAY, stuff happens. After waiting for 45 minutes for the room to be cleaned with my disabled mother we finally entered the room to find that we had to rearrange furniture to allow her chair to pass to the restroom. The room was not truly accessible. Surprise! there was a pull-out sofa instead of a chair meaning that there was no space between the bed and couch. There were exposed electrical sockets near the head of the bed, exposed holes around the fire alarms and bathroom electrical outlets, a dead lizard in the bathroom light fixture (clearly been there for a bit as the lizard was well fried in the fixture), a suspicious stain on the wall near the toilet I suspect was pee, and a half-inch gap under the front door (likely explaining the spiders in the room). Again, I was not expecting much, but this was ridiculous. We managed one night and then decided to go ahead and leave the next evening as we could not fathom spending another night there. During the stay my brother (in the room in the other building) had to have his room key reprogramed EVERY TIME he wanted to enter his room meaning he had to cross the unlevel parking lot at night to have his key reprogramed in bad lighting. When I walked over to help him pack up his room once again his key needed to be rekeyed I went to have this done and on my way back I tripped on a pothole and scraped up my head, arm, and leg along with bruising. I immediately informed the woman at the front desk (when also handing in my room keys and checking out) she expressed that 'that sucks' and didn't even offer a first aid box. All of this, while not even accounting for the overabundance of police activity during my stay or the overwhelming smell of pot in the air, means that I will NEVER stay here again. I was not expecting much, but I was expecting a room free of pests, exposed wires, and one that was truly accessible as the room is marketed as a ADA mobility accessible room. I also would expect some level of care for someone who fell and injured themselves on the property, I feel that Baymont is lucky that I am not the type to sue or seek legal action.

I am extremely disappointed and discussed by our stay. We are not going to spend the second night at this hotel and check out early. This is by far the worst hotel experience I've had in my life and I do lots of domestic and international traveling. When we got to the hotel yesterday, we were given room 403. As we entered the room there were a bunch of chips, dirt and hair everywhere on the floors and bathtub. Also there were someone's underwear and water bottles in the room. I went to change rooms and was given 413. That room was just as disgusting! As I uncovered the blankets from. Bets it looked as if someone had shaved on the beds. Also there were used toilet paper rolls and hair on the floor in the bathroom and ceiling popcorn has fallen all over the ground. Bed sheets and blankets were stained so bad that it looked like someone put them through a tiedie process. So I went to Change rooms once more. Similar situation as the other rooms, but also with a very loelud ac unit and dirt chunks all over the bathtub. Sheets and blankets were so dirty i had to get new ones at the office. This is unacceptable!

I stayed here for four nights as I attended the wedding of my daughter. Most of the guests stayed at the Hampton Inn next door. When I booked the hotel, it promised a hot buffet breakfast. But after I checked in, the hotel informed me that there is no breakfast. While the claimed it is because of Covid-19, the neighbor hotel was able to serve breakfast to their guests. The room was nice. The walls must be thin as you could hear all kind of noises from other rooms. Noisy fans and running water were just the nicer sounds. The office chair was unfortunately unusable as well. The shower curtain rod was installed upside down so the curtain kept on moving to the middle. I was also not impressed with housekeeping. No masks are worn so their Covid-19 policies were only to save money like breakfast. Most days, things like cups or shampoo were not replaced. Staff at the front desk was nice but that does not make the cut during these times. I’m in the Covid-19 high risk group and I would choose different next time.

Front desk agent on Saturday July 12th 2025 was rude insensitive and downright nasty. He wanted to tell me what was what without looking at the confirmation on my Phone that advised me to proceed to property and pick up my room key, after jumping through Baymont online pre check in process. ||||Checked in successfully online and then upon arriving at the property desk clerk advised he couldn't see anything online that I had done prior to arriving. He then proceeded to demand my driver's license and Credit card. I tried three times to get desk clerk to acknowledge my confirmation online that I had already provided my credentials that he demanded again upon arrival. This sent flags up as Hotels.com which this room was booked thru does not allow the properties to demand any type of payment as this was a prepaid room. Against Hotels policy again for these properties to try and collect incidentals ||Yet they try.||I immediately called Hotels and Baymont to explain the situation and advise that I was getting the feeling that this deal clerk may have been trying to get a hold of my personal information for ulterior motives. He became nasty when I assured him I had already input this information directly with Baymonts web site. He again spoke in a condescending tone tellinge he had to have this detail to issue a room key. I was adamant that I was not going to be pressured to proved something that no other property requires when I book through Hotels . ||In summary this property does not respect customer / guest relationship and is rude with every aspect of their interaction. The demand for my personal data also sends up flags that they may be trying to obtain this data for other purposes.||I did not stay here as I was concerned for my safety. I booked a room also through Hotels just around the corner which provided me with a professional and knowledgeable experience without trying to weasel my personal...

I don't normally write reviews but this can not go unnoticed. My family and I got in Thursday afternoon (May25)and booked our stay until Sunday (May28). My wife had a reservation and so the process was very simple. We had no issues or problems with any of the staff or room until Sunday morning at 1am. First, some people were trying to get into our room that were told was empty by the night "manager " (katelyn). I answered the door to the folks that were trying to get into the room and the people were very polite and apologized for waking us up. At 1:07am a very LOUD knock(3x) came from the door to our room. Startled, I quickly got up to answer the door and I opened it to this woman that is very loudly telling me that me and my family are not supposed to be in here. I told her what we paid for and that was May25-May28. She said that we had been checked out and we're not to be in the room. She then asked for some ID which was given to her and yet she still is saying we're not in the system and that we have been checked out. The inconsiderate behavior of this manager is so irritating and shameful. At 2:00am both my wife and I no longer can sleep due to how aggravating this woman was and how rudely she was treating us. Mind you we have four sleeping kids while this is all going on. So my wife goes up to the window to talk to the manager and the error is clearly on whoever was doing the checking out/in process and put the wrong number in but that is understandable. Mistakes happen but being treated like garbage and being told that we are staying illegally in a room that we PAID for at 1:00 in the morning is not okay. My wife asked who the other managers are or someone else we can talk to and she was told that the other managers are just going to refer us to "Katelyn", the one on duty that is very disrespectful, rude, and inconsiderate to the well being of the Baymont Inn and...
