Arriving, I came in with low expectations. I was blown away with how amazing this waffle House was. Growing up as a pastor's kid, I always had high expectations for myself. And I can highly relate to the man who cooked my food.He was wearing one of the most coveted shirts, the $3 million club waffle House shirt. Do you have any idea how dedicated you have to be to get that shirt? I can imagine what he's thinking every time he cooks food and sees people looking at him, "are you micromanaging my hash browns?" "Do people expect my food to be perfect just because I've cooked $3 million dollars worth of food?" I'm sure he has high expectations for himself. Watching him was like watching a silverware Acrobat. He tossed a knife perfectly into the butter, tossed a cheese square perfectly into the pan (from 3-5 feet away). You could tell this man is a pro, my uncle was in tears because of how beautifully this man cooked food. On the other hand the atmosphere was fantastic I was sitting next to a buff man. Me, the buff man, and my uncle were all crying. And on my way out I waved to the $3 million man, and like my life is in slow motion he gave me the finger gun I felt like I had just waved to the president. It was emotional🥲. Would definitely recommend this waffle House to any of you kiddos out there looking for a fine meal. If you see the 3 million dollar man tell him I sent you.
This was not merely a waffle house, it was a waffle home.
Edit: 12/29/24 I hope many of you saw my last review and decided to come to this Waffle House. Arriving, I had high expectations because of my last experience, and was not disappointed. As soon as I walked In my eyes fell upon the back of someone’s shirt, it said 𝓜𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓸𝓷 $ 𝓦𝓪𝓯𝓯𝓵𝓮 𝓗𝓸𝓾𝓼𝓮 𝓬𝓵𝓾𝓫. I knew it was the $3 million man. The service was nothing short of what you would expect from the greatest waffle home in the Carolina’s. Clean, Friendly, and food cooked to perfection. Stories were told, banter was a-plentiful, and hash browns were cooked to perfection. I even got my picture with the $3 million man. Everyone that walks out of this Waffle House walks out with a smile on their face. Good experiences are scattered well, not just their hash brown's. (And I got a free Waffle House...
Read moreI just want to say I only have three stars because I get a very good great service during the week but unfortunately on Saturday at this already been for Saturdays on the road every time I go there on the weekend the cooked is always outside and smoking cigarettes oh God knows doing what make me wait in there for at least 56 minutes The last time I went there he made the lady who is in there taking orders my food. He was outside the whole time and this is every single time I go there on Saturdays. Also, the food is very greasy and it’s very nasty to eat on the weekdays ladies And the lady who is cooking as well they are great very good customer service and very friendly and that’s why I only have three stars but if it was for the ladies, I will have five stars for sure so I would recommend you to go there on Saturdays, unfortunately...
Read moreVisited this Waffle House while driving to Florida. I ordered a Rib Eye medium rare and two eggs over easy, with a waffle on the side. The steak was cooked a little well for my liking, but I didn't mind it. The eggs were perfect however, as well as the waffle.
I ordered a coffee, black and no complaints or compliments. Tasted like how a black coffee should taste.
I downloaded the Roadie app and was rewarded with a free waffle which was pretty cool. I took it to go and gave it to my younger brother.
The service was very good, the ladies who served us were very nice and if I were traveling through SC again I would definitely...
