This place is very sketchy. They will cancel your reservation if you book online and tell you they have run out of rooms at the price you reserved. Then they will rent you the same room with an extra $20 or so tacked on. Doesn't matter if your the only person staying there. Doesn't matter that you can go online and book the same room they say is not available again on the spot. Classic bait and switch. Unfortunately I've had this happen on a few occasions when I didn't realize I was booking there due to other hotels being similarly named. The rooms are sub par and cold. The staff is fairly unfriendly. I would advise to avoid this place

Nice upgraded rooms , small rooms we had 2 queens , clean room just very small you get what you pay for has a heater and microwave, the property provides NO coffee , small parking lot you hear every door close also front doors aren’t put in correctly and has air coming through the door , shower took a while to get warm . Won’t be returning but at the $95 price you get what you pay for , Front attendant was rude doesn’t speak just mugs you also . The photo I posted is the door at night had a lot of wind Coming through the door is why I say it’s not installed properly I could hear the door everything all night

Very unassuming. My biggest gripes is that they don't use fitted sheets, just toss a single sheet on it and call it a day. I'm afraid to get someone foot fungus or something. Other than that, has a microwave and fridge and TV. I am here for work so I appreciated them giving me the quiet room. This is definitely a place to hang out and party it up, or have a quick romp, if that's your thing. Oh, don't expect to park a trailer here, the parking lot is very tiny. My biggest compliment is the Wi-Fi is SCREAMING fast. That alone is worth it. I've been to 4 star hotels that has garbage Wi-Fi.

Don't even f* go there because me and my significant other went and we were banging and we literally had someone knock on our door to tell us to keep it down that's whole thin these walls are and it wasn't even that f* late let alone it was like on the weekend so I'm like I don't know why you are disturbing us oh by the way they don't have those little door signs that says do not disturb signs so they don't have that it is pet friendly so that's cool however the rim around the bed you know that like thick material to keep everything together that s* was with metal and so just sitting on the bed hurt underneath the bend of your knees that hurted like f* the water in the shower does get really hot and really cold really quick however if you have any Cuts or scrapes or something your skin will burn because the salt water is not properly filter through the showers your toilet will make that weird flushy sound even though no one has flushed it the microwave and the little frigerator is old as f* at one point we actually never had a TV remote we actually had to look for it other than that we only stay there for like I guess 3 days 2 nights 2 nights 2 Days 1 Night whatever it was okay but you had to wait till I f* 3 to check in and you can't call them to make a reservation you literally have to go online realize you have to download the app make your f* account and do that s* it was confusing as f* and let alone they have an area code number not specifically for the area that actually live in set of Santa Cruz with its own area code so it's kind of weird to me like why are using this number but you're out here whoever the guy was kind of funny but the same time though we were waiting a little bit to have him check a sinner check us out it was weird but whatever what's done is done I don't...

I was told when checking in, that they would be holding $100 on my credit card for anything missing or broken in the room.

The room was tiny, without a closet or anywhere to hang clothes, a fan blade above the bed was hanging by 1 screw, making it unusable and there was no air conditioning. The window in the bathroom did not lock, and the screen was ripped wide open. There were dents in the wall, and a missing smoke detector, with wires hanging out of the wall where it had been. One lamp of the 3 in the room worked. There was a live bug in one of the dresser drawers. While staying there, my girlfriend and I received multiple bites while sleeping.

Checkout time, which was not posted anywhere in the room (and there was no printer in the office, so we could not refer to a receipt) and since there is no phone in the room, we walked to the office to inquire what time checkout was on our fourth morning, and we were told it was 11am, (it was 11:02 am) so we asked for a late checkout and the man explained that this was a business, and each hour cost twenty dollars, which was not communicated to us, nor posted anywhere. We hurried and were out of the room by 11:45. After a debate at the front counter they said they wouldn't charge for the extra hour. We asked for a receipt showing the $100.00 deposit had been refunded and as they had no printer one could not be provided. I have never heard of such a thing. While inexpensive I would suggest spending another...

This hotel was so bad that my husband and I left after 15 minutes of being in a room. For starters, we reserved a queen size bed and got put in a room with two full size beds. When we walked into the entrance there were two young men laying in their own bed behind the counter watching tv and neither of them seemed to know that we had a reservation or how to process our cards. We also did not receive a receipt. We pulled into a parking spot near our room, and as we got out pieces of trash from the overflown dumpster ran all around our car in the wind. We also saw stacks of sheets outside overflowing from another dumpster, and a dog agressively barking behind an usececure fence. When we walked into our room we were hit with a strong smell of old cigarettes and overused bleach. We saw that the lock was flimsier than a lock on a bathroom door and the shower looked worse than one at a campsite. There were stains in the comforter and there was no free wifi like advertised. Not only that but we could hear every word of the people next doors conversation (and the dog still barking) from inside our hotel. It felt disgustingly unsanitary and we did not feel safe. We reserved our room for two nights and when we said we weren't happy the man told us it was non refundable and that the owner would be out of town for at least a month, so there wasn't even anyone else we could speak to about it. You'd be better off sleeping in your car than reserving a room...
