Pier Suite. — Hotel in Santa Rosa Island

We booked Pier Suite Events with the hope of having a beach wedding without having to do it in the sand. And our wedding ended up being the most perfect day. The weather was absolutely perfect, and the best decor was the beautiful background of the beach. To top it off, right after our recessional, the Blue Angels did a flyover along the beach (Beach Buzz) and it was the most perfect moment to end our ceremony on. We were then able to head over to Fort Pickens to take pictures in a secluded area, but quickly return before cocktail hour finished. For a 90 person wedding, it was the perfect size. The only thing is there is only spaced for 80 seats on the balcony for the ceremony, so any extra people do need to stand in the back. But during the reception, it didn't feel too crowded, and the smaller space made it feel much more intimate. We also had plenty of space to dance, but if people wanted to talk/relax instead, they could head out to the balcony. We left our arch on the balcony afterwards so people could take their pictures in front of the beach and it was beautiful. I also having nothing but good things to say about Michelle and Laura, who have made the wedding planning process so smooth and were easy to communicate with. They gave the best recommendations on other vendors to hire, and when we came to them with any concerns, they quickly helped us with solutions. I got married here Thursday April 29th, 2021. This space is absolutely amazing. We got so lucky with the weather that day and we were able to be married on the deck that over looks the Gulf of Mexico. It was absolutely stunning. One of my favorite things about this venue is that there is little to no decorating required. The space they curated is perfect the way it is. We only really need center pieces! I also love pier suite because they included chairs, tables and linens in their costs. Laura and Michelle know exactly what they are doing and were so helpful! We had so much room to dance and guests were able to mingle in and outside of the venue. This is truly the only venue on Pensacola because that holds a TON of people for a wedding. We had a beautiful wedding at this lovely venue at the beginning of April, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! I already felt like I knew Michelle and Laura from the above and beyond customer service that our family received from the very beginning. Everything was laid out exactly the way the videos and pictures on the website shown. It was sparkling clean even the floor to ceiling windows were perfect giving us all crystal clear access to the breathtaking views of the Pensacola Beach. The price was affordable, The owners were so pleasant to work with, the venue was stunning, in every sense of the word!
