Past 20 plus year met exceptional people, only 2 episodes of bad food. A couple weeks ago talking to a friend and difficulty turning my head since c3-6 budge with nerve encroaching and compression as well as L3 sitting on first level of titanium. Was having discussion with my friend about someone who did me wrong. At same time looking at beautiful woman sitting across from me. She had no idea about my physical condition and nor did the manager who spoke to me like a 2 yr old. I was told when my food arrived I must leave. The guy with other female informed her of misunderstood on her part and she began apologizing. I left anyway since this was second time minding my own business I was accosted. I love sidelines staff and owner. Love going for lunch. Sadly, I refuse to be victimized and treated like crap by a manager who cannot investigate the truth and makes assumptions. I was calm sitting in my seat and she had zero clue. If she saw my MRI photos I had on my phone she would call herself a fool. Instead she said " Don't even try to deny it, I heard what you said". Seriously. I've had 18 orthopedic surgeries and presently need a couple spine surgeries and an orthopedic one. It's not a fix but a bandage on a wound. Management training 101. Read moreI want to like this place but we’ve gotten takeout twice now and both times our food has been cold. This last time they mentioned 20 minutes and it was 45 mins later. It wasn’t that busy as it was mid afternoon so I’m not sure what the issue was. After getting the food, took a 2 min walk to the car and they had this note on the food. Not sure if it’s standard that they put this on all to go orders but I think everyone knows food isn’t as good if it’s been sitting a while so I think they put it on there knowing it had been sitting there a while. My burger and onion rings were cold and it definitely was well-done, not medium rare like I asked. We got 3 different flavors of wings and they were room temp. Again, the nachos were cold and the chips were soggy so I know they had been sitting there, unless they serve soggy chips. I think the food was ready on time but had been sitting for 15-25 minutes. Not sure why the servers or cooks didn’t mention anything after seeing the food there for a while. The front staff were talking with each other so preoccupied. Well about 4 hours later my mom got violently ill from the chicken (we know it was that as it was all she had ate till then and fine after it was out of her system.) proceeded that night to call and report the problem and he took my information and said the owner would call the next morning. No call. Called next day and spoke with Shannon the manager who 1. Made it feel like my mom was lying and 2. Didn’t seem to care that my dad spent $145 there only to have his wife sick afterwards and 3. Had the audacity to ask me “well what do you want us to do about all of it?” Seriously?!? Take your PAYING customers seriously and if your a good owner of a restaurant and get a complaint like this AND email which she told me to send which I did, he or she would call to resolve the issue and speak with the upset customer.
