I’ve had the pleasure of calling Home2 Suites by Hilton Lakewood Ranch home since mid-January while deployed in the area for my government job. Other than a couple of weeks away to visit family, I’ve stayed here continuously through holidays, the Super Bowl, and everyday life—and I’ll be checking out on Monday, June 9th with deep gratitude.||||Spending several months in a hotel is no small feat, but the team here went above and beyond to make it feel personal, warm, and welcoming. During holidays and special occasions, I returned to my room to find thoughtful gifts arranged by the staff—small gestures that made a big impact and reminded me I wasn’t alone.||||One of my most cherished memories was when my grandson participated in a school project called Flat Stanley. Without hesitation, the staff joined in the fun and took pictures with Stanley around the hotel. It was a kindhearted act that meant a lot to both of us.||||Naturally, with such a long stay, there were a few minor hiccups—but they were always addressed promptly and professionally. That level of responsiveness and commitment to service made a real difference.||||I’d like to personally recognize the following team members:||||Front Desk Team:||Kylie Boyer, Melanie Griebling Amature, Jose Cruz, Milena Rubio, Andres Guerrero, and Julian Milian—thank you for your friendly faces, helpful attitudes, and genuine hospitality, day or night.||||Housekeeping Team:||Adriana Martinez and Kendra Barrett ensured my room was consistently cared for and scheduled. Thank you to the wonderful housekeeping staff including Diana (while I was on the first floor), Giveline, Misleidy, Magdala, Surama, Leyanet, and Valeska—you’ve all played a part in keeping things clean and comfortable.||||Breakfast Attendants:||Susan, Tanya, Liysha Edwin, and Rachel—thank you for starting each morning with a warm smile and great service.||||Maintenance Team:||James and Eric—you were quick to help with any issues and always professional.||||If I have inadvertently missed anyone’s name, please accept my sincere apologies—every single person I encountered contributed to a welcoming environment, and I’m thankful to you all.||||This hotel embodies what the Hilton brand is all about: genuine hospitality, thoughtful service, and making guests feel at home—even during extended stays away from family and friends. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my deployment. Thank you again, from the bottom...
