We were looking for a place to stay with young people as our sun was rowing in the U23’s this year.||We loved this place because ||- Andie (landlord - together with Astrid) responded to our inquiry super fast, with all I do we needed||- he gave us useful info in advance ||- the place was squeaky clean||- Andie and Astrid greeted us on arrival even though we had flown into Tampa with a big delay, and had prepared delicious baguettes for us ||- we slept fab in excellent beds (nice and high for my aching joints)||- interior was comfy so we were happy to hang out there on rainy afternoons (good kitchen - so we didn’t have to eat out all the time)||- we were invited to a special evening in the gazebo area at their house where Andie cooked up delicious burgers - we had a super evening chatting and learning a bit about how you get an investors visa ( both Astrid and Andie are extremely knowledgeable consultants)||- the kids enjoyed the pool ||- we felt good in a safe area and could park the car right outside ||- we had good internet (sometimes a bit weak, but the other guests were high profile photographers/journalists pushing massive data through the system)||- we got first class printed info in the apartment ||- we got super tips on where to shop, eat out and get “stuff” done.||I am sure I forgot something good here - but if I go back to Sarasota, I know where I am staying.||PS - the website as of now doesn’t do this place and the...

Tropical Fruit Garden in Sarasota, Florida ist immer wieder ein reines Vergnügen. Die Inhaber Astrid und Andreas kümmern sich liebevoll um Ihre Gäste. Hier wird auf Kunden wünsche individuell Rücksicht genommen. Der Standard ist sehr hoch! Das merkt man besonders an der Einrichtung der Apartments und an der sehr erwähnenswerten Sauberkeit!! Es erwartet einen nicht der amerikanische Standard, sondern viel Liebe zum Detail und hygienisch einwandfreie Apartments. Auch der Pool ist 1A in Schuss. Die Wasserqualität ist außerordentlich gut, es macht richtig Spaß ausgiebig zu Baden. Andi ist ein sensationeller Koch, der gerne für seine Gäste Burger, Steaks und Fisch zubereitet. Auch Vegetarier kommen voll auf Ihre Kosten, bittet man Ihn nur lieb darum. Außerdem haben die Beiden super Empfehlung was ganz Florida betrifft und sind gerne auch bei der Organisation behilflich. Es gilt offensichtlich das Motto geht nicht, gibt’s nicht! Selbst die größten Herausforderungen scheinen die Beiden nicht zu verschrecken. Astrid hilft sogar anderen deutschen Einwandern bei der Visumsbeschaffung, dem Schreiben des nötigen Businessplans und gibt sogar Englischunterricht. Als Wiederholungsbesucher komme ich gerne immer wieder zurück. Tropical Fruit Garden eignet sich sowohl für Paare, Familien und auch Singels. Durch die gut verteilten Apartments, ist für jeden die Privatsphäre garantiert. Die Urlaubsregion Sarasota ist wunderschön und bietet viel Abwechslung. Von meilenlangen Sandstränden, über Hochseefischen, Golfplätze ohne Ende und der guten Anbindung zu den nahen Everglades oder den Universal Studios und Disney Land, sowie vielen Shopping Outlets ist Tropical Fruit Garden der perfekte Standort um Florida zu erleben und genießen. The owners stay on premises, if you need ANYTHING they will accommodate you. They were so welcoming and personal. We loved them! The room was amazing 2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen (stocked), living room, music, books, art work, washer dryer, assigned parking, pool, screened picnic area, covered grill area, big court yard for kids to play or young at heart, literally less than 5 miles from beach access.
