I just called here needing to troubleshoot a problem with a timer on my washer and get a price for potentially ordering a new part. The guy on the phone, (didn't give his name), asked me a couple of questions about the problem. When I went into detail attempting to explain the problem, he told me he couldn't help me with that. I asked him if I could order another timer from him. He said yeah I could do that. I asked him how much would it cost. He told me "it'll be around a hundred bucks". If I'm going to order a part I want a precise quote, and "around a hundred bucks" isn't that. He told me he was busy and didn't have time for that, so I told him to go back to what he was doing and I hung up. Very unprofessional, nonchalant attitude. I ended up calling and talking to Rick at Appliance Repair Guy LLC and had a WONDERFUL experience. Guess who's going to be getting all of my business...

I can't say enough about this local business! I have repaired my dryer and washer parts for years. Thanks to YouTube 😁 and All Appliance Parts Sarasota! This last time I thought I was given the wrong belt because like everyone ;because of YouTube; I am an “Expert”🥴...NOT. THEY WERE SO PATIENT. When I called twice ..lol they 1. Offered me a professional if needed. 2. More importantly they were encouraging and kind. Not once did they talk down to me or make me feel bad about myself and skills. It was the opposite. You can order parts online. You can try it on your own. I will never do that! I like the support and kindness and the thought if it is not working ;because of YES human error; I received kindness and patients on the other line. Thank you for being such a great business....

Stellar service Positive interaction Very knowledgeable Genuine Helpful Accommodating My experience was exceptional. Shane and Chris were polite and friendly. Even though I live in Tampa, I opted to take the drive because the part I needed was priced more competitively then my local options. Although, they did offer to mail it to me for a little extra. As a woman, when looking for the part at other stores, I was treated as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I never experienced this at All Appliance Parts. Shane, Chris and the gentleman sitting at the counter when I picked up the part were respectful and warm. I would definitely recommend them and will return if I need their services again....
