Stephanie gave me the worst lash lift I’ve ever had or seen in my life. DO NOT USE HER SHE WILL MAKE ALL OF NATURAL LASHES FALL OUT.

She over processed them, I’ve never had someone leave the perm for 20 minutes with my aesthetic license and experience in the field, this was a warning sign I should have spoken up about.

I told her and the receptionist I called to I love my natural eye lashes, they are long by self and I told her this upon arrival. As I do have naturally long lashes I was just looking to have them tinted and looking nice for a wedding I had to attend that Sunday and it was forecasted to rain so I didn’t want to risk a makeup disaster.

Needless to say, I was astonished how much they were curled when I was handed the mirror. I didn’t say too much other than uh, WOW a little extreme, she giggled; and upon that evening they were so permed and Stephanie used a small lash lift pad that they were folding into my hooded eye crease and bending 100 different ways, physically paining them; the trashy look false eye lashes give when they are falling out on people.

I called and communicated less than a day later to allow the possibly fixing of them, and the owner Kristina, as she did refund me my 84$ two weeks after trying to make our schedule work and unable to do so with her, (I left a 20$ tip that I would also love back, the aesthetician did NOT work for that however I am a good tipper and didn’t realize how fudged up they were after an hour of my eyes closed)

This was so disappointing as I went to this lab boutique in late 2020 and the aesthetician I had then did a wonderful job, ownership or products or dissatisfactory employees, just a warning DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE ALL YOUR NATURAL LASHES !!

Thanks for nothing and making me look like a freak, cause me pain, financial loss, and a real question as to the license this...

Let me start off by saying that my visit was pleasant and that the person who performed the service (Alexandra) was also very nice... That is why I gave 3 stars, but I was dissatisfied with the actual service itself. I usually get my lashes done, so I did know what to expect. I decided to try out this place because my usual lash girl was booked and I was going out of town and needed them done. I'm a hair dresser and MUA so I do wear more dramatic lashes as my makeup tends to be more dramatic than most, I made her aware of this. The girl that usually does my lashes, uses individual ones and not volumizing ones because my natural lashes are very full and quit long. I loved the length I got but they weren't as full as I'm accustomed to, I don't like to complain so I didn't say anything because they were ok but not what i wanted. After i left, upon further inspection i noticed the reason they didn't look as full, was because there were alot of lashes that did not have a lash applied to it, and the reason I noticed was because my natural lashes are so straight and long that they stick straight out from the rest. When you look straight on you cant notice, but from the side it looks bad, and then I realized that's why they didn't look as full as I'm used to them being because there were alot of lashes that were left out and didn't have a lash applied to it. I'm used to paying for this service and it can be costly, but if I'm paying as much as I am, I really expect them to be done right. I was polite and still left a generous tip as I too work in the beauty industry but it was because of her customer service and not the job that was performed... I was dissatisfied with my lashes, It would of been nice to been able to have a place to do my lashes that was closer than where I usually go, but the other girl I go to does a way better and...

First of all, I am not one to review places , I read reviews then use my common sense as to what people are reporting and where I’m going to go. I felt compelled to take my time to respond to the one star review given to this great lash boutique. The reviewer who said she was a professional and felt insulted by the owner - SHOULD HAVE KNOW that her dear mother was not a candidate for the keratin lash treatment until her lashes grew longer. I can also speak to the reviewers claim it was an “up sale “to her mother to recommend extensions since longer lashes is what she was wanting. I have NEVER experienced this with ANY of the three lash professionals. In fact, I have been wanting to have my brows microbladed which is not inexpensive , and was told I really didn’t need it that my actual brows looked great. The comment made about the tone of the managers voice...... our world is full of different people from different cultures from all walks of life, blaming a “tone “ to someone’s voice who’s first language is Russian, second language is English doesn’t leave room for understanding or tolerance. I have been coming to this Salon for over a year. It is beautiful and clean. I had tried 3 other salons for my extensions and this is the best you will find in the Sarasota area. Very sorry for the unhappy people who feel the need to try and disparage a small business without going face to face to find...
