An unfortunate situation again. 2nd place that told us we could sit at a table outside but not inside with my registered medical support dog. She never asked if hebwas a support dog we had to tell her.. (the first waitress). Not emotional support but a physical medical support dog. He has to sit on my lap to let me know if I'm going to have a medical attack. He sits on my lap and lays down in a sling carrier. When I asked to speak to a manager they sent out a lady named Andrea (not sure of how she spells her name). My husband heard the ladies saying a dog is at the table from across the restaurant. How embarrassing it was. If it's OK to sit outside then it is ok to sit inside. He has been trained to not touch people food or the table. He is in a sling carrier and on my lap. The employee complained that he was touching the seat and he wasn't. We love to support our locally owned businesses but not somewhere that doesn't follow the ADA guidelines. She then said maybe you can educate us. On it. I said no you should know tthe law. I offered to show her his papers and legallybper hippa I do not have to show her. My husband was holding him while I used the restroom.

The lady Andrea? Said she was going in to get Jerry and they never came out and said Oh I know them and their dog they can come back in. I said well we've never been here with this pup so I'm not sure how they know him. Everyone was starring at us, so embarrassing..... then when we refused to come back in from being so embarrassed she said ok. I said I will be reporting you to the department for the disabled. I said just because you don't see a disability doesn't mean there isn't one. Again offered my paper's. They need to educate their staff. I was born in saraosta and both my husband and ibive been here many times in the past years. Will never come again. Oh and she asked us not to report them and hurt...

Well lets be honest!! Since Bill is not in the picture anymore, the business has gone down hill in the worst way. Rude and inappropriate staff !! Small portions!! Nickel and dime you to death!! The water taste like pond water!! Needs a better filter or something !! Dinner special are "very" misleading, just watch the monitors on the wall. There is very little meat in the turkey dinnerThey show a really nice meal . but doesnt come close to what they serve. The food us mediocre at best!! They claim onions are in the burgers and patty melt meat. But they are not noticeable or can you taste them. Food is very bland at best!! Ive been comimg here for many years,and have always over tip'd the wait staff hoping they'll dio better next time. But it hasnt helped at all!! but ive found much better dinners elsewhere. Wait staff is a big problem in this greasy spoon!! The restaurant needs alot of cleaning !! Shelly really needs to be nicer to her customers!! Her rude attitude towards everyone including her own staff needs to change. Word of mouth advertising...

I don't do this as often as I should, but in this case I'm compelled to write a review.

I didn't even finish waitin before coming here. I ordered a meal from Bite Squad. It's my first time ordering from here. I ordered chicken-fried steak, green beans, coleslaw, and potatoes with gravy.

It is fantastic. The beans are beans. They're good, but not something you'd exactly go out of your way to review. The coleslaw is as good as I've had. The steak, the gravy and potatoes are so wonderful I'm probably fortunate I don't have more in front of me (I finished them as I write). I knrw I was going to write a review for you the moment I took the first bite. I actually had to stop myself to make sure I tried everything first. Perfectly cooked, great flavor.
