Savannah Harbor Resort — Hotel in Savannah

Ok let's get this started, I took my husband here for his birthday, I knew it was pricey but I wanted it to be so special. Well, I'm let down and upset for the money I spent. Check in staff was NOT Friendly well one person tried to make it right. The valet was awesome and helpful. The room could have been awesome but thick dust was on the vents above the shower head, room 1302 the desk and phone were very dusty. The electrical socket by the sofa didn't work. For this kind of money I expected perfection. Check out was met by another unfriendly person who was NOT concerned about my stay. The pool bar closed at 5:30 pm wow! And the pool bar frozen drink machines were broke yes I said machines. Thank GOD for DARLING AND THE CHEF at the pool bar, they were so awesome and they tried to make my honey bday joyful. Oh and when we checked in we were not given the flyer with the activities that were scheduled in the lobby so we missed all of them. The second floor restaurant food for dinner was great but the food for breakfast was not. You could tell the food was fixed by a different chef. The dining room chairs on the second floor were old and saggy, I was told they could get a pillow for me due to the chairs sitting so low when you sit in them, please for the money people are spending buy new chairs with...
