Hotel accommodations were adequate. Breakfast was awful. We arrived at 9:15 (breakfast ends at 10a). There were no clean plates, hot water for tea was lukewarm, no eggs, no coffee, no bacon and no sausage. Several couples and families came and left. One of the guests mentioned the lack of food and plate ware. Several minutes passed. More families came and went. After 15 minutes the eggs were replenished. Another 10 minutes later bacon and sausage was replenished. Underwhelming at best. "Happy Hour" was much of the same. One small plate of cheese, a small plate of cream puffs and a small plate of carrots/celery.

We had an emergency requiring us to return home earlier than we anticipated. My husband had booked an overnight stay as a surprise. We decided to come to Savannah anyway and leave at the beginning of the week. He attempted to change the reservation from Wed to Sunday and was told his reservation was not refundable. The innkeeper was not available at the time for him to speak to. He booked another room for Sunday in the hopes that once we arrived the inn would take into acct that we stayed another night, at a larger more expensive room and offer some type of concession. After escalating to inn keeper in person. After much back and forth she offered us a partial credit towards a future night. I explained that we lived several states away and would not be returning anytime within the next year. She was unwilling to apply a partial credit for the one night we did book, stating the original reservation rate classification would not allow her to make concessions In the future, when we return to Savannah we will pick another inn that better values their guests. We could have stayed elsewhere...

Very disappointed in this hotel and the manager primarily. My family and I arrived and were to stay two nights with additional family arriving the following night for a one night stay. As soon as we entered the room I realized the floors were sticky and dirty. I walked around the rooms and found a large stain on the white comforter, a stain on the couch, brown spots behind the toilet. The refrigerator was filthy with stains in it. Honestly, it looked like no one cleaned the room in between stays. I was completely turned off by the bed stain and really do not know how anyone would think this is a normal standard of cleanliness.

The front desk lady was nice enough to offer a clean but honestly I couldn’t in good conscience sleep there for two nights. My husband explained this and she understood and said to start the cancellation process with Expedia and they would honor the request. My husband explained we had family joining us the following night and they would need a cancellation as well. We were told they would honor the cancellation for them as well. We received our refund - our family did not receive theirs. The manager, Martin, said that he would not honor the offer and we spent the rest of the vacation trying to talk it through and be refunded. Truly disappointing - especially since we are talking about a one night mid week stay. The inconvenience alone this caused us scrambling for another hotel room after traveling all day was very frustrating.

I still cannot fathom how a hotel can expect a family to stay in those conditions and pay that type of money. This is by far NOT a four star property...

The staff at Olde Harbour Inn deserve far more stars than just 5! My husband and I eloped in Savannah and stayed at the Inn for the duration of our honeymoon. We received an email shortly before check in with a video of driving directions to the Inn, as Factors Walk can be tricky to locate if you’re not familiar with it. With the video, we had no issues locating check-in and were so warmly welcomed by the staff there. They helped us carry our very heavy suitcases, my dress bag, etc., and when they saw that we were there to get married they brought an ice bucket with champagne and two flutes to our suite. It’s in a lovely location directly on river street, and our suite had a beautiful window view of passing ships. We loved looking up the maritime map and watching cargo haulers pass by. The staff was always available for our house keeping needs, and always put two ice cream bars in the freezer for us for each evening. I thought the ice cream bars were the kindest touch, and it was nice to have a sweet treat while we relaxed in front of the TV each night after walking around all day. Our room was spotlessly clean and we never had any concerns about running out of towels, paper products, trash bags, etc. I feel as though we got an absolute steal for the price of our lodging when compared with other hotels in the area. There is a staff member on-site at all times willing to help with anything you ask for! Our first trip to Savannah was lovely, largely because of our amazing accommodations. We will certainly be staying on future trips and recommend it to anyone traveling...

Overall excellent experience and highly recommend; however, I'll highlight a few items. Parking on site is $25 a day. I personally missed this in the confirmation email so I was shocked to be charged $125 at check in, that's on me, but the cost still seems high. The building is from the 1800s so be prepared for creaky floors, humidity and temperature swings in the rooms (as evident from bubbling paint in the bathroom and a damp smell in the room). Overall we didn't care about any of this but figured we'd mention it. Lots of stairs!! Stairs to get from lobby to upper or lower rooms, stairs to get from parking down to river Street.... stairs stairs stairs :) We stayed in the top floor two room suit with balcony (highly recommend) and the relay that turns on the AC unit is loud. Like a 480v breaker closing.... It has a tendency to scare ya when it kicks on which is why I mention it. All amenities were perfect and staff very plesent. We even got to borrow umbrellas when it rained. Ice cream was in the freezer in the room and we had free water and coffee in the lobby. There is no breakfast, only coffee, orange juice, tea, water, and blueberry muffin. The hotel is located at the end of River Street so it has less foot traffic but that means you'll be walking a lot to experience the historic strip. A unique and enjoyable experience for sure.

After a long trip into Savannah, we arrived at Olde Harbour Inn and were instantly put at ease by Brian and Jordan at the front desk. They didn’t just check us in—he welcomed us like old friends. Friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful, Brian and Jordan set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic stay. Someone give those men a raise. We brought our dog and even he got a sweet treat with a ball, poop bags and treats. The location couldn’t have been better. You’re right on the river and walking distance from everything, but once inside, the hotel is calm and quiet with tons of character. Our suite was *huge*. I’m talking unexpectedly large, with a separate sitting area and a kitchenette that made it feel like a mini apartment. One of the highlights was the daily happy hour in their beautiful lobby lounge. It felt more like a relaxed social event than a hotel freebie—another thoughtful touch that made the whole experience feel personal and elevated. We were only there for a short stay, but we’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town. Pro tips: • Take advantage of happy hour—great drinks and even better atmosphere • The kitchenette is perfect for leftovers or light snacks, especially if you’re staying a few days • Brian and Jordan are hospitality all-stars. Ask for them and thank me later

This historic river street boutique inn is pure Savannah magic. Gorgeous building, original wooden beams, brick bedroom walls, big windows with great views... even in the bathroom and full kitchen, we could see the river and the waving girl statue. Such comfortable southern understated decor. And oh, the beds, pillows and white noise machine in the bedroom had me sleeping my best. Kevin the concierge radiates warmth and kindness. Helpful, welcoming. He took our experience to the next level. Breakfast was ample. Early morning coffee in the lobby rivals the best coffee shop. From the free wine and cheese happy hour to the ice cream turn down service in our comfy robes, our hearts were stolen by this inn... making this my new favorite place. This stay was just a late planned 1 night pit stop en route to our main destination vacation suite a few hours away, but it was our favorite part of the whole trip. I'm already planning my next Savannah getaway here!
