Target — Local services in Sevierville

Whatever you do, TRY TO NOT TO RETURN BIG STUFF! I returned a mini fridge, and for some reason they couldn't find the serial number. It took almost an hour for it to get returned. The customer service woman that dealt with me first completely ripped apart the box, when she could've pulled it straight up, and she said her and another woman couldn't find the serial number, so Courtney came up, and then after trying to look for it, told me to call a number. Then I called that number, and tried to get the first woman to talk to them because I think it's best for people that are telling me to tell somebody else something word for word so I don't mess it up, but she was really rude and said she's not helping me. So Courtney came over, and thankfully talked to them on the phone, and finally got it returned. The first woman came running through and I tried to talk to her, and she was very rude and said, "I'm on break." So I showed Courtney the emails I got and confirmed with her that it was done. I was gonna complain about the first woman, but I decided not to since a review is better to where everybody can see it. So to the first woman, if you're not good at dealing with people's problems (everybody has them, only you might think you're perfect, but you have them too), DO NOT work in customer service! And ps, next time I go to Target, I'm gonna check the bottom of the box and see if it's foam because that's all the bottom of the box was. I think the serial number is under the sticker that was on there. And here's a review I found about it not having a bottom for the box. From now on, I'm gonna take a video of me unboxing stuff so it don't happen again Edit 4/9/2025: So, I still had this on my mind, and got bored and went to the Target on Clinton Highway in Knoxville, and guess what? They're all packaged the same! Different brands, but packaged exactly the same! So before y'all start being drama queens and try to make me the dumb one, get your damn facts straight! Because if you try arguing with me and say I done something that I didn't do to start with (ripping the bottom of the box apart which wasn't there to start with), I will prove you wrong in the future! I am not the type of guy to let shit like this slide! So, have fun seeing this review and letting people see exactly how stupid you really are! Because y'all were very stupid to argue with me! Hopefully I'll never have to come...

Well shame on target today. I'm a veteran and never been in any trouble a day in my life no record nothing and was just treated like a criminal in my home town at my local target. The machine was acting up and the lady got nasty and said now I have to scan it all cause you can't do it right I said I'm trying gave me attitude back and walked off the machine messed up again and I got up s3t with it and she says no need for that I apologized and ask to forgive me she literally called for security help treated me like a crimal had me shaking the whole store stairs at me and to beat it all which everyone is thinking I'm difficult well the management couldn't get the machine to take my $ they said as I walked away this needs fixed so shame on u target u will never get another cent of my $ for the rest of my life...

I wish I didn't have to give this store any stars. My life has been turned upside down every since I got a,TARGET credit card this company let other people in 3 other states use my credit card that hadn't even been turned on. Someone in your company took all my information and is using it to make bills in my name. I have called a few times trying to get it fixed but I never it an American or anyone that I can understand. To believe me. And I'm not paying those bills . So this company better not send me anymore bills from this stupid store I'm done with this store my life will never be the same. Just to let anymore that's seeing this know I have no credit cards in my name anymore so if anyone turns one on in my name it's not me....
