Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Sevierville

I first tried this Chick-fil-A through door dash, my chicken was hot but our fries were hours old and hard as a rock. So that was not a good experience. I then tried it in person last night, well I went through the drive through. I got 2 chicken sandwich meals, 1 kids meal, soup, and a large drink. They brought me out the 1 kids meal, soup and drinks. I asked where my sandwich meals were, they went back in to grab them, got the sandwiches but no fries, they then had to go make fresh fries for me to get some, I finally got my fries, then they forgot my sauces. It was a mess and it looked like teenagers were running the place. I will drive a little further to the one by Walmart...

The last two times I have had nothing but issues with them that are still unresolved management was rude today. Trying to say it’s my apps fault but doesn’t wanna do anything to make up for technologies fall. Apparently, I was in the store five minutes before breakfast ended still does not want to comply and give me the food to make up for it or at least let me have my order or a rain check for another time Very unhelpful very unprofessional. We were so excited to see that a new Chick-fil-A was being built and that it was closer to home also! I'm very happy with the location, the convenience, and the staff at this location! The staff seem much less stressed than those at the other location in Sevier County! Smart idea to the whomever designed the parking lot and drive-thru layout! It's convenient, user-friendly, and accessible from more than one entryway (without a mess of congestion from different businesses)!
