Have been dining at Panda regularly for over 30 years. Originally from West Coast where they are everywhere. Unfortunately will not be back to this one. Went around 3pm, only 3 customers and many empty bowls. Was told it would be 8 minutes for Firecracker Steak Shrimp. The rest of my entrees were boxed up and left standing there along with me. The server just walked off and started waiting on other customers and left me standing there. I guess I was supposed to stand at the counter for 8 minutes watching the rest of my food get cold. I said excuse me but I am not done ordering sides. He said the cashier would take care of me but by then she was busy ringing up the people who were behind me. So I had to ask the cashier to get the rest of my food, ask for sauces, ask for drinks and I guess I forgot to ask for Fortune Cookies because we didn't get those either. The Firecracker Steak and Shrimp was never brought out and when I went up to ask about them they were already serving it to other customers. Acted like it was an inconvenience to bring it out and then had 1 single shrimp - not worth the $1.50 up charge. I did go over to the manger and let him know all of this but he didn't seem to care. In fact there were 4 managers sitting together in the corner overseeing nothing. So basically I paid $36 to have to ask/complain for every single thing, food was sub-par, Beijing Beef was not cut or cooked completely, portions way smaller than usual and service non existent. Too many choices today to spend your money where no one wants to...
Read moreLOCALS BEWARE!!!!!! I got the fire cracker steak and shrimp and paid the $1.50 upcharge. It was basically all bell peppers and a little steak and only one shrimp. So not worth the upcharge of $1.50 let alone $8.60 for the bowl which was basically nothing but rice. I paid for 2 bowls, the firecracker and a teriyaki chicken which was dry and had zero teriyaki flavor, 2 egg rolls which were burnt black, a small side of orange chicken just so I could sample it and 2 drinks which came to $36.00. all the food was cold and dry. For what I paid for this nasty food, I could have gotten far more food with better quality at a Chinese buffet that would come with soup, fruit, hibachi grill, sushi, seafood and dessert and all you can eat at that for less than the $36 I paid for this low budget dried out and cold so called food. I'm a local and I'll never come back to Panda Express. They probably don't care about the poor cold quality of food they serve because they know each week they get a new set of tourist that...
Read moreHorrible and don't recommend this place. Allisa the employee had a poor attitude. When asked for a minute to decide, she got a snotty attitude. She is Uninformed and confusing. First she said the premium side was 1.50 more per plate. Then she said it was 1.50 per portion., which adds up to 3.00. When the person ahead of me cashed out, she did not give him the coins of his change. So he shorted him $.25. When I told her about it , she said I stole his money. (She never gave it to him, wasn't going to give me mine,) and I wouldn't put it past her to collect the coins every few customers and pocket it. Allisa did not have her name tag. When I talked to the manager roman, little miss attitude Allisa, was in back talking rudely with another employee. First time, last time. Don't...
