Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Sidney

It's OK. The place is new and clean, very limited seating, the tables seem like they are on top of each other a bit. I've had mixed results on food upon a few repeat visits. All of the staff has been very friendly but some just do a little better job listening or putting your order together. But "just OK" Chipotle is still Chipotle so it's still decent and continue to go back.

Some Cons: It's sometimes loud when they are playing music behind the counter and also over the speakers in the restaurant, very distracting and combative sounds since the place is so small..

I've never ordered ahead and actually had them have my food ready when I arrive out of the 4 or 5 times I've tried, I always have to wait anyway, which is kind of the opposite of the point.

Pros: -Nice, friendly staff, clean restaurant and bathrooms, plus it's a Chipotle. ;)

Hoping with experience the staff and management the store will improve a bit more. Overall it's decent, but it certainly could use improvements.

First of all I LOVE CHIPOTLE!!! But the employee running the pos at this one is horrible, her attitude is that of a rabid pit bull, I ordered a Quesadilla, chicken &cheese the same time I order 3+ times a week all over the Midwest and South since I drive OTR, and at some Chipotle they include 3 toppings as they call them, basically a small serving of rice, pico, beans etc etc WELL this enraged the cashier at this store, she was very disrespectful to me and when I tried to explain what I got she would speak louder and over speak me and REFUSED to hear a word I said. And as a 45 year old man and a customer she should have at least listened to what I had to say since she was probably 18-21 years old ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT for anyone including her...

I drive ALL THE WAY to this location from Saint Marys because that's the closest one to where I live, but it's just so terribly managed. Most recently I was there on Mother's Day and they were out of sofritas. I didn't get the impression it was a supply chain issue, I think they just hadn't bothered to make any, despite having what seemed like 10 people running around the kitchen. They were out of fruit for my daughter too. It seems like they're always missing a key ingredient, no matter what day or time I go.
