Though it was a slow day with only 1 car behind us at the drive through,
The order I got had beef in it I ate a bite and realised it did
I had to request a refund for my order.
It’s not about the $20 When you go to a brand like Taco Bell, You trust the employees with handling your food After you inform them about your meal restrictions You put your faith in the fact that they will prepare your meal keeping your restrictions in mind
The staff at this establishment couldn’t care less
They have failed to understand the basic policy of working in the food industry
Shoving a refund in the face of a customer after making a mistake does not correct the mistake
Dietary restrictions need to be taken seriously.
This is absolutely unacceptable.
This has been a repeat experience for me at various Taco Bell locations across the country.
Corporate will be hearing about this, I hope they are able to address it more seriously.

My dad, being a typical dad started talking to himself "hmmm I wonder what I can order that is vegetarian" The woman now realizing she was not going to get rid us until she actually tries to help us, asked what we were looking for.    Read morePoor service! They are dressed inappropriately in Sandals and sweatpants and should not serve the public. Went in and got food in April 11, 2025 and the service was terrible! Ordered a craving box and got the wrong food and when I went up to talk to someone to get it fixed and the worker told me that they would fix it. I waited like 10 mins and I tried to talk to the lady to let her know that I did not want anything on it but she cut me off and said that they will get to it when they can so when I got my food it was wrong again because she cut me off and did not let me tell her what I wanted on it. That was not the worst part there was an older gentleman next to me and the manager came up to him and told him he needed to order form the kiosk and he looks at me and tells me that he can’t because he does not know how and he was wanting to explain that to them but they never came to help him order so he left.
