Perkins American Food Co. — Restaurant in Sidney

This was THE WORSE experience I've ever had anywhere. My server Kristin was HORRIBLE and had an attitude! It took her 15 MINUTES to come to our table and she only had one other table at the time. Thank goodness the hostess brought our drinks when we sat down because that was THE ONLY time we got drinks. The only time Kristin came to the table was to take our order, give us our food, once AFTER we got done eating, and to drop off the check. NEVER did she ask if she could get us anything. We ate our whole meal without a single refill and my mom came later and wasn't even offered a drink! She ate her whole meal before Kristin came back, not to ask if we needed anything, but to drop off the check. My mom had to ASK HER for a drink. When she came back with the drink that was the end of any service from her. She seriously checked on EVERY table around us but not once did she come back to our table. We asked for a to-go box and never got one, my mom had to get it herself! The food was also AWFUL. The salmon was gross and made me puke an hour later. Today I've also been ill. When Kristin cashed me out she asked how everything was and I said "NOT good" and she shook her head and said "Good". I'm glad the servers are happy with their HORRENDOUS service. If she hadn't already swiped my card I would've walked out...

As we entered the establishment the hostess/manager took 5 mintues to seat us. The website says the restaurant does not close until 10pm. We entered at 8:20pm. They started turning people away at 8:30. The waitress was good but toward the end of our meal we went to pay and the manager was rude with my daughter as she tried to make change to leave a tip. At approximately 9:25 the manager came to our table and stated in a very dismissive and hateful tone,"We do ask you to leave the restaurant once you are done eating, as we are closed now." Mind you, I was in the middle of a bite and my daughter, who paid for the meal, was also still eating. It has been a long time since I was this upset after a dining experience and do not recommend eating here as the staff need an attitude adjustment. Also, if your website and sign on the building state you do not close until 10pm, don't forcefully ask your paying customers to leave. It is unprofessional...

Dine in only !! Highly recommend if you are in the area , food is great, service is pleasent and the price is decent. So I'm a big fan of Perkins, but the carry out orders hasn't been the best in my experience, i only get the Californian Benedict eggs , they come with bacon and avocado, (perhaps the problem is that i need to order something different to notice any changes ) , anyhow , when i call , i can't stress out enought to not put any bacon with extra avocado , well guess what , i still get bacon and nothing extra!! , It really drives me nuts , cuz the person taking my order reply with a very confident " don't worry, i got you" , i even leave them a tip! But it's definitely my foul for not checking my order after pick up, not mention i have limited time, it's mainly a pay and pick up. Mr Perkins , this is not the last time we will meet !
