Very frustrated with the service! I ordered at 12:01pm. Many people arrived in after me received multiple subs and left. When I asked they stated “Sorry, we are working on it. The owner isn’t here right now”. I showed my receipt to show I ordered at 12:01pm it was now 12:18pm. An older lady stopped to tell me she was sorry she got her food before me because she knows she ordered take out way after me. Another gentleman stopped to tell me I have more patience than he would have. I asked again and was told “Sorry, we are trying to catch up” as more people after me walked out the door. I literally got in my car and pulled away at 12:32pm. When I arrived back at work and opened my sandwich I realized the quality was terrible for what I paid. It’s very disappointing. I am not sure if I will return especially at lunch. I am not sure what is happening with this location but it was very poor customer service for sure today!

This is my first time ordering from this location. I purchased a Club Sub and while I certainly made modifications to it, the workers absolutely ruined the sub themselves. I just wanted the meats (Turkey, Ham, and BACON!) With Mayo and Provolone. I did add extra Mayo because I often find there's not enough. Here's the problem - there was absolutely no bacon whatsoever, and the sub was smothered in so much Mayo that it took several napkins to remove the excess and made an absolute mess. It was more Mayo than sandwich. I like extra Mayo but this was ridiculous. I hope that next time I order, the sub is made correctly so I can actually enjoy it.

One girl was making subs one was eating in the back. Took over 30 min for 4 subs. I understand they are busy so don't mind waiting. The subs are definitely not like other locations and have barely any toppings on them. A 3rd girl came in the door and got to work not even washing her hands first and put her hands in her mouth at one point. After we received the order I stopped to eat and threw out an entire sub as there was hair in it. Another sub was very specific yet simple and had onion and tomato pieces in it... again I didn't want that and my child would not eat it. Cross contamination isn't ok. I would NEVER EVER EVER come back. Go somewhere else and save yourself...

I do not normally post reviews except when I have had exceptional service and today was one of those days. Firehouse's food has always been good whenever I have ordered from there but I have never actually dined in until today. There was a young lady and a young man who waited on my friend and I today (cannot recall their names unfortunately!) And they were some of the most pleasant people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They made us feel welcome, made recommendations, and laughed and joked around with us which was such a wonderful experience considering you do not see that kind of friendly interaction very often nowadays.
