The general manager Connie has a horrible attitude. Her employee forgot to take the ink tag off my shirt so when I returned to get it removed she was very rude to me as if it was my fault that they messed up and I had to return. Worst part is I spoke to the manager on the phone before driving all the way back up there and she promised me a 10% discount on my next purchase which she then refused when I was in the store. Like others stated, it's hit or miss on finding (misses tops...) items I like. The quality isn't top notch on the tops, (most places aren't anymore), most tops are not that expensive though, at Beall's. It's like styles at Kohl's anymore, hard to find the perfect clothing.
