Sleep Number — Hotel in Sioux Falls Township

Horrible experience. First of all, I said repeatedly in the store in wanted one chamber as I am the only person who sleeps in the bed. The sales person sold me a dual chamber. After a fews weeks of irritation I called to get the mattress I had asked for in the store. I was advised to call customer service. Upon calling it was a nightmare. They said I was sold a bed that doesn't even come in a single chamber. I had to completely change bed models. Then I was told I had to pay $249 to exchange the bed. After some frustration they finally agreed to waive the fee. I was also told I would still have my 100 night sleep guarantee. the new bed finally came and I HATE IT. It makes my back hurt. I called to return it after 4 weeks. I was told i cannot do that. When you exchange all sales are final. I had to argue about what I was told, call back 3 times and now to find out that yes it was noted that i was told that. SO now i am returning the mattress but they will not take the base back which is $2000. WWWWWWTTTTTTTTTTFFFFFFFFFFFFFF? i could not be more frustrated. They said I was explained that in the store at the time of the sale, which i was not and my husband was also standing right there. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE JOKES...

BUYER BEWARE

Expensive bed. Does not work for everyone. Besides buying the bed there is an additional $250 deliver fee. Watching them install it is SUPER easy to install. Bed did not work for me, cause my bad back to get worse, could not find good number. WEnt to return it, another $200+ to do so and you do not get any money back. WHAT A RIPOFF. Costs me almost $500 to do a "TRAIL" test of the bed.

Daniel S was absolutely fantastic! It wasn't incredibly busy while we were there, so he took us through a full demonstration/ trial on every bed we were interested in. He was really personable and honest with answering all of our questions. The overall experience was just really positive. I'm especially grateful that they supported my decision of a full headboard/bed frame when my husband was trying to convince us that it looked "fine"...
