On 4/29/24 at 6:35pm I went though this Taco Bell’s drive through to pick up an order I had placed on the app. I noticed that my tacos were wrong, so I came inside to politely solve the issue. As soon as I walk in whichever manager was on duty at the time, was being extremely bossy and yelling at her employee’s (who all looked to be minors). The manager was demanding respect from them while treating them like garbage and almost kicking one of her workers out. It made me very uncomfortable as I just came in to get my order fixed. She then continued her rampage by being extremely rude to the customers in the lobby while we were all just waiting to get assistance. For example, when I finally did get assistance from one of the younger workers, she screamed over to her and told her not to make me my tacos until she can check the ticket. Once she got my receipt pulled up, she tells me that I had ordered soft tacos with no modifications. I apologized and said I must have forgotten to add the modifications by complete accident. She then turns to me and as if fumes were coming from her ears and says “This is my only warning to get ‘free food’ and we wont make you another one so don’t ask.” She then took my tacos I had brought in with me while they made my correct tacos. This is probably one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever seen working in any kind of customer service job. Shoutout to those younger workers for having to deal with her as a boss, she seems like she runs that Taco Bell like the military. I understand that being short staffed is hard, but I can see why everyone keeps quitting. I usually love this location and it’s the only one in the city that I go to (I drive across town to get to this specific one). I typically would never leave a bad review for this location, but since this encounter made me very uncomfortable, I feel as though other customers (or her boss) should know. Again, everything here could’ve easily been avoided by treating others with respect and understanding that humans...
Read moreNever this location again...(A location is only as good as it's staff) Well I have always loved Taco Bell, was in town and stopped by Wednesday 8/20 night around 9:45pm the front cashier person who sounds and looks like a surfer (no judgement here, just a description) I tried to explain the problem and before I could even say a few words he said "what did you do!!" Not a question a statement of alarm. followed by "well that's never done that before" and I said "I didn't do anything and you didn't even give me the chance to tell you." Then he made another employee take over and he sat down our entire wait for the order.
After that it continued with nonsense, but when we arrived a few minutes later at the hotel not only was it beyond cold, chulapa hard as the hardshell, softshell and burrito also same, like day old tacos vs donuts.
Most messed up part, yep the above still wasn't the worst. They looked like a complete full staff, we saw an almost empty parking lot and drive thru, the inside had only staff. So I actually expected way better than usual. Makes sense same amount of staff, no other costomers, doesn't it. Churro didn't have the sugar or cinnamon on them.
Oh yeah my video (looks like strawberry shortcake that was thrown up into the pop machine tray) really makes you hungry right? They had the new Mt dew flavor advertised but not at the machine. Surfer buddy shows us it's the unmarked one, taste exactly like lemonade and is yellow. Thought midnight was supposed to be purple for starters.
Rude staff Cold and old food Staff apparently doing nothing since no hot food was anywhere to be found.
No training or too much of something you shouldn't be doing at work so nothing is really...
Read moreI’m not sure who the cashier was tonight at 10:00pm, but he had very poor customer service. Not even one second after saying the first item it was, “Is that all?” And it continued after the next 3 items. I started saying items faster since apparently I wasn’t being fast enough. After I was informed they couldn’t make the chicken power bowl due to not having black beans I was trying to look for something else my SO would’ve wanted, but I guess that was the end of my order. Not even 30 seconds later he told me to pull up to the window. As soon as he looked at me, he rolled his eyes. On the screen, my total was $17.92 but somehow my total was $18 when I got to the window? Didn’t even give me a receipt and do you think he could hand the bag to me? Nope. He just stuck his arm out the window and let the window close on his arm until I grabbed the bag. Look, I get it. You don’t want to be there, but do you think I wanted to have to stop after 10:00pm to get dinner? As someone who works in the customer service industry, this behavior is unacceptable. I’d be fired if I treated any of my clients this way. This has been the worst Taco Bell customer service I have ever experienced and will gladly drive all the way to the Minnesota location in the near future if this is how all of your employees act. Also, if you could email me my receipt it’d be greatly...
