T-Mobile Authorized Retailer — Local services in Snoqualmie

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. When asking questions, i felt that many of the answers provided were unsure answers or they just didn’t know. I also couldn’t order the device i wanted to the location—which hasn’t been an issue for other shopping locations. All in all, this T-Mobile location seems to suit a narrow set of needs. Another thing that I didn’t appreciate was the fact that I was right there trying to place my order, but then the representative picked up the phone and started answering questions from another caller. I would understand if I wasn’t trying to purchase something, but I would think that you would want to complete the sale right in front of you before picking up the phone. I canceled my transaction and walked out after hearing about how trade in credit is applied to my bill rather than all to the device I’m purchasing. Perhaps I’m just too particular, but it felt like a bunch of small things getting in the way of a good experience that amounted to me...

If I could give this a zero star, I would first there was two people working and it took them over an hour to even just get to me and there was one other Customer in the store. All I wanted was a new screen protector because my other one broke I I have warranty and a receipt from my old screen protector, but I guess since I wasn’t the main authorization on our plan, I had to get my mom to call T-Mobile and get authorization I finally got authorized and they still didn’t give me my screen protector. I was in that T-Mobile for two hours and walked Out with nothing I don’t know what I’m more mad about the time I wasted on my Saturday or not getting my screen...

Horrendously nightmarish experience this is a third party store it is not owned by T-Mobile they don't seem capable or of simple processes and everything was a struggle even though I was the only customer in the store with three attending employees not a one of them could figure out a simple process that ended up taking for days because of my choice of visiting this store customer service at T-Mobile have their failings involved as well overall soured me on the T-Mobile experience unfortunate as I've been a loyal customer and brought many others along with me in the process but I will be returning to AT&T given this experience and taking a whole ton of...
