The place is clean and the staff is friendly. When asking questions, i felt that many of the answers provided were unsure answers or they just didnāt know. I also couldnāt order the device i wanted to the locationāwhich hasnāt been an issue for other shopping locations. All in all, this T-Mobile location seems to suit a narrow set of needs. Another thing that I didnāt appreciate was the fact that I was right there trying to place my order, but then the representative picked up the phone and started answering questions from another caller. I would understand if I wasnāt trying to purchase something, but I would think that you would want to complete the sale right in front of you before picking up the phone. I canceled my transaction and walked out after hearing about how trade in credit is applied to my bill rather than all to the device Iām purchasing.
