MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Snoqualmie

You would think that the odds of having one good experience in the 5 times I’ve eaten here would be high but not so. I’ve never waited less than 15 min for an online order placed 20 min prior. Last time I was here I got a fountain drink with no carbonation and today a month later…..still no fizz. I mean zero fizz. Pizzas are always tasty and the ingredients are fine quality. The salads I can’t say the same. I seem to catch the lettuce on its last leg and a day from turning to liquid. Staff are exactly as they should be….young and willing to provide good service and full of energy. Just can’t seem to get a good experience from start to finish at the Ridge Mod. Will I be back? I called the store multiple times, as per the email confirmation instructions. The staff shared with me that they recently started to outsource delivery to Uber Eats, and that there was nothing they could do. I found this bizarre, since I didn't place my order with Uber Eats and was never notified that delivery methods have changed. On one of my calls, I was told that MOD Pizza's Corporate office had instructed staff to direct delivery problems to Uber. If I hadn't been so hungry, I might have found that funny.

Hours and phone calls later, I've given up. Well done, MOD Pizza Corporate Office. You have some work to do!...starting...

I love going to MOD Pizza. The people who work at this location are always so friendly. They're also very accommodating of my being vegan. They will switch out their gloves, give me a fresh cutter, and I opt for the dairy free cheese. With MOD you get a lot of flavour and food for a great value. A personal pizza with unlimited toppings is under $10 after tax. Their salad selection is great as well if you're looking to keep it on the lighter side. They can get pretty busy during the early evenings and on the weekends. So, if you aren't planning on eating in, I'd suggest using their order ahead option. It's available on...
