I was very displeased. I placed an online order on Sunday. The instructions say to go inside and grab your order on the shelf. I go inside with 2 people in line. My order isn't on the shelf. So I wait. Nobody asks if I need help they just look at me. 2 more people walk in. Then I wonder if they robotically just help the people in line. Seemingly enough, if you place an online order and have paid, you shouldn't have to wait in line to pick up your order. Anyhow, by this point, nearly all the customers in line have been helped. Finally, someone else on the drive-through side indirectly asks. 'Whats the name on the order', no greeting, no nothing. ..(oh, so you did see me waiting for an online order and chose to ignore me) once I give them the name I see the person grab my order that has been sitting in drive through on the table. I mean, follow the instructions so when the customer does, there is no confusion right?..no! Never happens. The kid gives me my order and doesn't check to make sure I have everything....like my drink!! So I get half way home and have to turn around. Get back there and the workers act like they are unaware of the order or that there even was a drink. I swear people in fast food work Like thoughtless robots. After several minutes of showing my receipt and the lady looking at it confused. She asks what size ...when it clearly says LRG I understand that as LARGE. So i grab my drink and head to the car. Only to get part way home and take a sip and it's disgusting and watered down. Tasted like they forgot to add juice or they put way too much water. My daughter described it as watered down cough medicine. Lastly the food gave me a stomach ache and bad indigestion for over a day. I definitely will not be going back here. That's at least 10 fast food/restaurant establishments that I refuse to support because they're quality, customer service and routine procedures have gone down the toilet. Read moreI don't know the name of who you have at the grill or prepping the food in evenings but he is very rude to the girls making the food for us customers. All the protiens looked dry and no amounts of salsa I put on my bowl hid the fact the my meat was dry and hard to chew. But also the girl who was making my bowl was running low on white rice and told the person that more was needed and he gave her a look like he didn't understand what she was saying so she repeated herself, mind you she was very nice about it even though he was giving her a look of "stop bothering me" and "I don't understand what you are saying". Then said something to her in Spanish than seemed rude, that seemed disrespectful. It would have been nice to have seen him perk up and actually start doing his job and make the food and not be disrespectful to his coworker and I turn to me the customer by acting like us wanting what you advertise available especially when it's your signature rice. I feel thus person needs to be told that when he's told your food is low or put they should do their job and make it. Otherwise the girl making my food was extremely nice as was the cashier. Please remind your cook hrs in an open kitchen and customers can hear and see everything including him. I work in healthcare and we are not allowed to speak another language in front of patients who don't speak it cause as far as they know we are talking about them that's disrespectful. Read moreI have been to this place several times and each time, there is something wrong with my order. One time, the food was cold when I got back home. Mind you, I live five minutes away from this location, so the food shouldn't have been that cold already. The other time, they had placed the wrong type of protein in my order, and I had to go back. Each time I visit this place, the workers are not friendly and are rude most of the time. This last time, my husband had ordered a burrito with guac and a drink. The employee handed us our food and was about to close the window before my husband asked about his drink. Then while driving out of the drive thru, I realized they had not placed my extra tortilla in our order, which they had charged us for, so we had to go around to get in line again and notify the worker they had forgotten the tortilla. When we got back home, we realized that my husband's burrito was missing the guac. My order was missing the guac, sour cream, and fajita veggies.
