Southaven RV Park — Hotel in Southaven

I’m just here to work. I had to build a 9 million tank for for Southaven and I won’t lie. I’ve been doing this nine years and I have never met someone in the parks I’ve stayed at that is so disrespectful and honestly if she’s talking to you, she’s recording you and honestly, she cost me $400 this year already because she is so disrespectful and I’m really not gonna go into it like the way it went down but I’m telling y’all all now, if you come in here, you don’t get next to the snake lady lot 17 and her name is Suzanne and if she’s ever talking to you, she’s recording you and at night her phone stays in her windows recording you while you’re outside and Mississippi says it’s not illegal Where I’m from it is called stalking. she is something and honestly I’m really surprised how long she’s been in this park with all the neighbors telling me she makes life living hell and she puts her poop snake Behind her house and it stinks you can smell it if you’re within her neighbors just sayi they are poison snakes from 4ft to 5ft 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Please DONT BLAME management Becca she is a very great person, but for some reason, it’s out of her hands to throw the snake lady out, so don’t blame...

We stayed there one night in May. After finding a electrical problem on one site they moved me to another. (Luckily I found it before I plugged in my camper) After being plugged into the 2nd site my power went down, I reported it to the office and I was told the owner said the problem was my convertor in the camper. (Campers have invertors not convertors) I told hime the problem was the pole he said I was wrong and I could call a RV mechanic or leave. I went to my tool box and got a meter to check the pole and found the receptacle to be faulty, when I shouwed him all was said was "Who the hell carries a meter with them" I said a licensed electrician. He admitted the two poles were at fault and said he would repair them that evening. One hour later I went to the office to see the progress and the closed sign was up and everyone gone. I stayed the rest of the noght with 20 amp service and the cowards were...

I do not recommend this rv park. When you're paying for somewhere to sleep and the landscape guys show up at 8am and start the blowers and leaf vacuums right outside of your camper door, that's not cool. Extremely unprofessional of the management to let that happen to the paying guests. It seems that most in that park are full timers so they most likely have to tolerate it because they may not have anywhere else to go. We were supposed to stay 1 more night but we were packed up and ready to pull out before management even got on site after multiple phone calls to her also while trying to get the landscape crew to take their gear and go work on a different area of the park. Management was not interested in making it right so specifically for that reason I don't recommend this park. I also don't recommend it because it's not the safest area. We found an amazing park right down the street...
