Why can't I give them zero stars??? They don't deserve a single one.
I ordered our sandwiches at 10:54am through the app. The app said they would be ready at 11:10am. We got there right on time. I walked in and the lady didn't say hello, just "what's the name?" in a very rude tone. I give her my name and then she agreed for my phone number. I gave her my address code and she informed me that they didn't make our sandwiches because I have an out of state phone number and they get a lot of scams. I asked to see the phone number and she held up the recipe 5 feet away. I couldn't read it to confirm the number. She claims that she tried to call me to confirm the order, but that was a lie because I was in the car connected to Bluetooth. If she had called, I would have known. The sandwiches were paid for in advance so none of this makes any sense.
I have ordered through the app many times at several locations in the area. This one is, by far, the absolute worst of any of them. The Hernando location on Commerce St is the best. We moved here about 4 years ago and I'm not going to change my phone number.
She told me to stop yelling at her. I said that I'm not yelling and I'm sorry if I have a loud voice (I've been told this many times). We go back and forth a bit. Since I was there, she says she would make the sandwiches. I stepped outside because I was fuming! Two more customers go in and come out. I wait a bit and go back in. She still hasn't made our sandwiches. I just keep waiting. Two more employees walk in and still not making the sandwiches. Now some older guy comes in and starts telling me about the scams. I don't care, just make our sandwiches. Now the first lady tells me that there is more bread option for one of them so I tell her the Italian bread. Now the guy goes back to explaining why they didn't make the sandwiches. Again, I don't care. I told him that I have been there for 10 minutes and I'm not scamming them yet no one has started making our sandwiches. He said that the lady was the only one there. The inability to schedule staff properly is not my problem. Then, he tells me again that there is no bread option on the order. Again, I tell him that I want Italian bread. He says "we only have wheat." Seriously, then why are you asking me? I was literally standing in the location for 12 minutes before they even started making the sandwiches.
Finally, after 15 minutes of driving there and 15 minutes of waiting, we finally got our sandwiches. Needless to say, I will never go back to...
Read moreI came at 8:40 and when I got home and ate it I chewed on something cloth like and inedible and had to pull it out of my teeth and it was a dark gray cloth material. Never had issues with this subway before. Everybody seemed irritated that I came in right before close, even though I asked “do you close at 9 or 10, I can come back tomorrow if I need to” (the open sign was on otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered.) again, I’ve never had an issue here until tonight. I am horrified and will not eat subway from this location or ANY subway ever again. I didn’t think much of it until I chewed on the dirty Grey black blown material, but the woman (I’m guessing the wife of the owner) made my sandwich and I saw her reach into the spinach container even though I didn’t request spinach and picked one singular substance out and threw it into my sub (i even stopped speaking and looked closely to try and see what it was but couldn’t see anything through the foggy streaky glass) so I just continued, made my purchase and left assuming she accidentally dropped a banana pepper or something and fished it out. Read moreI had an extremely poor experience today at the Subway located at 450 Stateline Road, Southaven, MS 38671. I ordered three meals and upgraded to deluxe meat on all three orders. Neither the Steak and Cheese Sub or the Grilled Chicken protein bowl that I ordered seemed to have deluxe meat. But more importantly, the Spicy Italian Salad absolutely had no meat!
I called the store to alert them of the missing meat in the salad, and they asked that I bring it back. At the time that I called it was very close to closing time, and we stay nearly ten miles away from this location. Secondly, this was my wife’s dinner…she had to have SOMETHING to eat tonight.
Since I couldn’t bring the salad back, they insisted that I was not telling the truth about the missing meat, and they refused to correct the order. I have been a frequent customer at this location, however, I will not be returning here if this is the customer service that is offered for a mistake...
