Horrible place! The manager Kala or whatever the dark ghetto chick with piercing in her nose is rude. I’m currently searching for her boss. I was in a few days ago and paid I get the meal all the time. Today it’s higher so she said it’s bc it’s a card I only use cards. So I asked for the receipt the guy gave me my cc receipt. She told me that’s the only receipt. So I just asked for my money back to go to somewhere else bc after seeing her looked dirty. She told me I couldn’t get my money back bc I paid with a card. I proceeded to educate her bc I’m sure it’s not there on there are no signs that say such so it ain’t a rule or protocol. I don’t have my food I don’t won’t and I need a refund. She walked away slammed the door after I started videoing her dirty tail. She came back on the phone with her boss with my money being rude asking for the receipt. When I gave this lil boy money he receipt he threw my money. I could’ve beat her but I try not to touch dirts imma just report her. She said it’s her store and she the boss she runs it which could explain why it’s ran down and raggedy as it is. Go to Church Rd the food and service is better than what this lil roach gives. How is the manager at work with a weave no hairnet, wig band and piercing all up her nose with boogers at the top. Do better Dixie Queen. Send this child back to the ghetto she came from. Read moreNo service received unsure what was going on as the employee gave ni explanation. Initially told the car ahead of me she would have to wait 25 mins. The customer stayed at the speaker then they were asked for their order then told they were not taking any more orders so instructed them to get out of line. When the customer asked why, the employee threatened to call the police if she didn't leave the property. She then yelled at the customer to tell the rest of us to leave to.
This is by far the worst Customer Service I've experienced. It would have been so easy to say we're having issues with equipment or something valid that caused them to close. A customer can understand that but no explanation for not taking orders and then threatening to call the police is simply insane. Additionally the tone of voice, the rudeness and disrespect shown is totally unacceptable. This type of behavior is why some people tend to go off at these businesses. The guilty employee should be fired as her actions could jeopardize the safety of all the employees if she treats the wrong customer this way.

Read moreI went on 7/1/21 around 9pm and received shocking service. After waiting at the speaker for almost 5 minutes my order was finally taken. My order included 5 drinks, 1 without ice. While at the window waiting for my food I witnessed a male worker helping the cashier to refill the ice machine. I saw the cashier making my drinks and reminded her that I only wanted 1 drink without ice. She smirked, "I did put ice in the cups. You didn't see me?" She started to hand me the 5 drinks individually and I had to ask for a cup holder. When I shook the drinks, 3 didn't have ice. I then asked her for a cup of ice. A male from the kitchen yelled that I need to go buy a bag of ice. She told me she doesn't have any ice and she has to save her ice for paying customers. I told her I just paid for my food and 2 of my drinks are missing ice. I handed her back the 2 cups and she remade them. I looked in my bag and noticed I was missing my 3 cups of cheese. She asked the cook did he give me my cheese. During this whole process the cashier was on her cell phone. She was both standing and sitting while on her phone. This experience left me wishing I had spent my hard working money at another...
