Cato Fashions — Local services in Southaven

Customer service is awful at this store. I often visit cato to purchase jewelry. A customer was ahead of me purchasing some items online and in store. I have no issue with waiting in line, but it was very obvious that the sales associate could care less about me standing there waiting. The customer ahead of me was more concerned than the sales associate who made the statement "it is what it is." Really? No thank you for waiting or anything. Finally an associate checked me out, I guess after she became annoyed with me standing there forever. I definitely will not visit that...

Cato stores have been around for a long time. To say the least, they have only gotten better with time. The selections in style, latest fashions, variety in sizes and convenient locations keep Cato hitting the bullseye! My shopping experience was very fulfilling. I found several new pieces to add to my wardrobe including shoes.
