Mattress Firm Reno Outlet Center — Hotel in Sparks

Yesterday, Feb 28th, my husband and I stopped in to the Mattress Firm in Sparks, Nevada. We were looking to purchase bed frames and box springs for our king sized bed and the guest room king sized bed. Noelle assisted us with ordering these items. We then decided we just had to have new pillows for our bed. Noelle was awesome in assisting us with figuring out which pillow brand would suit us the best. Noelle was very professional, and a lot of fun. We enjoyed having her help us with the entire process. There was a particular pillow brand that we liked very much, but unfortunately was being discontinued. She went out of her way to try and still find us that brand. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to obtain that pillow brand, but she did help us find another brand of pillow that will be comparable. We cannot say enough about Noelle and how helpful she was. She made the whole experience of shopping fun, relaxing and we did not feel pressured once into buying something we didn't need or want. We highly recommend Noelle and will tell our friends and family to shop Mattress firm, BUT make sure they work with Noelle!! Thank you Noelle, job...

I called and spoke to Shelbee, I said I needed a mattress for guestroom, I saw the sale, was not looking to spend a lot of money as a guestroom, had my eye on one model and after our conversation I decided to take a drive into Sparks. When I got there, the staff greeted me and I met with Shelbee, She asked more questions to better fit the mattress I need for the guestroom, but I also mentioned that I have a back issue and thought I’d try some mattresses since I was there. I’d like to upgrade from a queen to a king down the road and get an idea. She had me try one that addressed my issues For the first time since my car accident, I could actually lay on my back. So then she try the one I was thinking for the guestroom I laid on it and even though it was what I wanted, the price was right, didn’t like it. I like the first one. I had only plan to get the one for the guest room , she ran the numbers on what my cost would be to upgrade to a king, I could not pass up the deal so I said I was only planning to buy the I ended up upgrading to a king bed for myself. Everyone was very professional & helpful, there was a short wait to be helped. They had what I was looking for in stock. BUT, I had anticipated paying a certain amount for a king box spring because I checked the price on the website. I went into the Sparks location and paid the amount the website listed and was sent to the Reno location to pick up. I arrived to the Reno location and showed them my ticket to pick up, they informed me that I was only purchasing half of a king size box spring, and that I would need two. I was pretty upset and felt like they were trying to over charge me. My receipt said king box spring, no where did it indicate that I needed two of them. They shouldn’t sell them like that; it should indicate 1/2 of a king box spring on my receipt rather than “King Box Spring” which sounds like a complete box spring that should come with two if two are needed. I had to fork out the money to buy a second “king box spring” needless to say I was not happy. It’s very deceiving, causing a lost in trust. I left feeling like I...
